Never fails to disappoint. Food is always delightful, staff extremely gracious. Linda, you were the best assuring all is but the best. Pleasantly surprised by the tiny treat given us for our 10th anniversary.
The Federal is a long standing establishment in Agawam, and is a lovely building and place to dine and have special occasions. However, my recent visit was a disappointment. The price for our meals were $49.99 each; the food was creatively prepared and presented, but my lobster dish was undercooked. The lobster tails, (3 1/2 tails) were the size of large shrimp and the meat was stuck to the shell and difficult to remove. It came with two pot stickers in a bisque “sauce”. ...
Exceptional service ? from Chloé she made my birthday dinner such an awesome first experience dining here, ambiance is amazing along with the Passion fruit martini, truffle mac n cheese with tail, the steak was a true hit! I highly recommend will definitely be back ? definitely worth the 40 min drive from CT (bonus perk: complimentary valet parking) ? this place definitely gives chic elegant upscale vibes ? x ❤
