I ordered food online two days ago. My bank account was charged immediately. After waiting almost 2 hours for my food, I called the restaurant to find out they were closed! I emailed to ask for a refund, with no response.Today I called again, to find they are still closed. I emailed AGAIN to demand a refund. This is absolutely NOT acceptable and I will not stop until I get my money refunded! Unbelievable. Terrible business practice.

The worst grinder I've ever gotten. This is the cold cut. Some slices of salami and Ham and nothing else. I guess they think they should never include lettuce tomatoes mayo or cheese on a cold cut unless specifically asked for. Never again. I would have given it one star but it didn't make me sick. Reason it didn't make me sick was cuz I didn't bother eating it

I ordered two meals. One was a salad with chicken and one was a Reuben with french fries. Both meals came opened in the brown paper bag and splattered all over, mixed together.When I called to tell them about this they basically said oh well? Too bad. I will never order from them again. Was not good food anyway. The girl taking the order was very nice, and I believe was trying to figure out what to do. Put me on hold, but came back with nothing so they said basically screw her. Will never order from them again Not good food and not worth throwing the food you paid for in the trash. I have never written a review before but was disgusted by today.

Placed an order through Slice at 6:02 on a Friday night, received a call at 6:36 from the shop. Was told they were out of two items, fine, no big deal. The person also proceeds to tell me I’m outside of their delivery zone (I live 2.4 miles from them) and that if I wanted my order I had to come get it. Why it took them 34 mins to have to call and tell me this is beyond me. When I said I’d like to cancel the order, the person told me I’d have to call and deal with Slice. I pointed out that through Slice, it said I could be delivered to, the person told me it would be 45-60 mins before they’d be able to deliver to me (again, 2.4 miles away and traffic nonexistent at this time). The person I spoke to was full of words but offering no solutions or true resolution at the shop level. Thankfully Slice was easy to deal with and cancelled the order. Save your time and money and go to another pizza shop.

We always ordered from this place and today they delivered my food cold so we called to make a complain about it and the guy lied that he waited for 15 mins mind you have a ring cámara outside so we ask to talk a manager and he answered that he was the manager and he was one who delivered our food may I remind you that he sounded like a white guy and the man who delivered was Hispanic I was better off buying frozen pizza

Poor customer service, claims 2.4 miles is too far for delivery. Restaurant waited 30+ mins to call after the order was placed to raise any issues (out of two items, if I wanted my food I had to come pick it up even though at time of ordering there was no issue w/my location).

Absolutely horrible food! We ordered to take out their Fish & Chips that comes with salad, garlic bread, and of course tartar sauce. It was only after we picked up and paid for our order that the woman said they were out of tartar sauce! Would have been appropriate to tell us prior to cooking our meals so we could have made an alternate choice. Fish without tartar sauce just doesn't work. I doubt though that the sauce would have helped the fish much since it was limp and bitter tasting. The fish at Friendly's and MacDonald's is so much better. The lettuce was mostly brown and tasted as if it had been sitting around for days. Fries and garlic bread were OK, but certainly did not make up for the disgusting fish and salad. This was our first time ordering food from Boston Bay Pizza 3 and most certainly will be our last. Their slogan is "Great Food from Our Family to Yours". The word "Great" certainly does not apply. Perhaps they should get rid of the menu items they do not have the ability to cook decently and just keep the items that are at least edible! Please do not waste your time or money on food from this sub-standard eatery.

I have ordered from them a few times, the food is decent but they always get something in the order wrong. The last time I went I called ahead on my way home from work, ordered food for my family and was told 20 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later and paid for my food and then proceeded to wait for another 30 minutes in the building while they made my food. As I was checking over my order before I left, I saw that they gave me French fries instead of onion rings, they took it back made me wait another 5 minutes while they made my onion rings and then I went home, unpacked the order and I did not have onion rings. They gave me French fries instead. This is the third time that they have messed up my food order in the last 3 months. Don't waste your time unless you enjoy eating things other than what you order
