Paid for two meals and got two wrong meals worth much less as well, very unacceptable, but I didn't dare call because the staff was very rude to begin with and acted as if me showing up as a customer was a huge inconvenience to them. So rather than upset myself and deal with the ignorance I left it alone which has also been extremely frustrating to say the least.

Waited ten minutes at the speaker to order, while waiting one of the employees came out and smoked weed. This is the second time I’ve seen this. The first time I mentioned it to manger on duty. Ended up driving away. This was at 7:30pm. Went by at 330 and it was a breeze. Management needs to step it up.

I’ve been coming here ever since the store opened and I guess they’re just not interested in making money anymore. I was at the window and asked to up charge one fry and I was told I’m not allowed to do that and that and they “don’t make the rules”. No one behind me they just really weren’t interested in being courteous. and if it was policy, I’ve never worked a fast food job. We’re saying no to something like that would be okay. The cherry on top was there was no receipt printed for me to leave an order number on this horrible review.

Heard that they changed. Went back after 3 years and they still are absolutely horrible. Why are they still in this town? Showed up at 11:00 only to be told that they have no meat of any kind cooked and it would be a very long wait.
Tried this location twice. Both times I ended up with a ruined lunch. The first time I left without looking and ended up with someone elses food. I ordered nuggets and got a sandwich with cheese that I'm unable to eat. Today I tried one more time hoping it was just an off day the last time...nope. My drink was wrong, my meal was wrong, my husbands meal was wrong and I was given no straws or napkins. The lady was super nice and apologetic but I think they need more help or they need to double and triple check their orders they send out the window.

The drive through staff was insanely rude and miserable. I three things, a chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato, large root beer and a 6 piece bbq chicken nugget. They gave me a medium root beer, tomato’s on my sandwich and four chicken nuggets. I understand working fast food isn’t that luxurious but at the very least listen to what the customer requests and fill it. I don’t care if you are being miserable to me, it just means there is no tip.

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to! The food is wrong far more than it is correct with missing items almost a guarantee!! To make matters worse they are now insulting customers to their faces about their orders and body shamming them! I can not believe this Wendy’s is even still open! Who ever runs/owns this location on Springfield street in Feeding Hills,MA should be absolutely ashamed of who they employ.

I don't normally write fast food reviews but it's hard to eat fast food with dietary restrictions like gluten allergies. It's a nice treat once in a while though when you're able to find something quick and the Agawam Wendy's is always accommodating. Their staff is always friendly and they help me understand what options I have. They offer lettuce wraps on their burgers which is awesome.
