We went as a group of 4. One of my friend was a vegetarian. We asked for 3 pots with meat and one without. They had a all or nothing system where either all get the meat pots or none which does not make sense. The vegetarian pot was 10 dollars less and they were forcing us to pay 10 dollars more when my friend was not gonna have any meat.
The manager did not help us by giving us a discount to change the system settings nor did he do anything to accommodate us. Bad customer service. Food might be good but the restaurant doesn't do anything to help such groups with both vegetarians and meat eaters.

It’s a great place to enjoy hotpot! They have a variety of meat, veggie, little dim sums, and sauces! It would be great if adding sesame sauces as an option, that’s my favorite sauce!! Overall, it’s great!!

Excelente hot pot. Amazing how clean the place is. It’s our second time here and everything is absolutely great. The food and service are excelente.

this shabu restaurant The service is excellent, and there is a wide variety of options, especially the appetizers, which are unlimited—something you don’t find in similar restaurants. The meat is very fresh, and the price is only $29.95 on weekdays, including all meat and seafood. This is the best hot pot restaurant I’ve tried in Boston.

Went with my group, was told it was all you can eat for 25.99 ended up spending way more because meats and seafood are not included. Please stop lying to your customers.

Excellent place for a group of 4+ we did AYCE for the whole table and had a blast. Food was good and timely, instructions were given and clear for the first timers. Super fun. Would recommend and go again. My dude ate like 20 takoyaki balls and so many plates of prime beef

Went on Friday, easy parking, busy place but no waiting for available table. Spent a little over $100 for four people including drinks and unlimited seafood and steak/lamb. Everything was served right away.

Soup base is very salty and heavy taste. price keeps changing. Went in for lunch, as a member. Was told the member price is no longer available and would be full price.
