I came down with a bad bout of food posting after eating dinner at Blue Sakura. I do not ever write bad reviews online, but I don’t want others suffering as I did from
food poisoning. I ordered the all you can eat vegetable option and added a plate of beef. I cooked everything well but still somehow contracted a bug.

The service at the restaurant was OK. The 1 star is because of how the manager dealt with the incident afterwards.

I normally take more photos but I was extremely hungry and forgot to, mb team. I highly recommend you get reservations by calling in there is not a lot of room in this establishment. The selection is amazing compared to a lot of other shabu shabu or hotspot places. You order on an iPad and the food starts appearing at your table. There is a 20% gratuity for groups which is very fair and nothing crazy. I recommend you get the premium and make sure to finish with ice cream before the timer ends ⏲️ ‼️.

First time coming with the family, and the wait was reasonable since we did come on a busy night. However, the service from start to finish was amazing (from everyoneeee!!:)) the food was DELISHHH and great timing too! thank you guys for the great service :p

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Sakura. The menu offerings were as advertised, I really enjoyed the flavorful broth alongside the premium beef and fresh vegetables. The wide variety of options were able to cover what I typically go for, while leaving some room to try new things as well. I really liked the creativity you bring to the dim sum plates, it was really unique. As someone who grew up having homemade hotpot nights once a week, this restaurant definitely reminded me of home.

The service was also spot on. All staff members were very attentive and quick with our food. Everyone was very friendly, and I felt right at home with how hospitable the staff were.

Overall, a very positive experience, and reasonably priced for how much food and variety is given. I will visit again soon.

For one price, you get to pick from a wide variety of items shown on a tablet computer, as much as you want. Each person picks an individual broth in which to cook ordered items. It's an enjoyable experience and good food. All ordering must be done within 90 minutes. But you can sit longer.

Ingredients are nice and fresh, all you can eat price lasts 90 minutes and comes with included dim sum dishes, fountain sodas, and hot pot sauce bar. Only bummer is the broth is pretty flavorless, I ended up putting a lot of salt directly into my broth to make it better.

We’ve been to this place three times already and every single time the experience has been wonderful especially careen , the host , and our server, sorry your name escaped me . They are genuinely nice people and the service is always Top Notch.

We came today to eat at 10. Today you close at 11:00 but right when we walked in said they weren’t taking anymore customers. But as I walked in it literally says last call is at 10:30. He said that the kitchen is already closed while we actively watch someone order more food on the tablet. We also were gonna go to happy lamb but weren’t rushing because we asssumed that we would be able to eat here. So now we’re hungry missing out on hot pot entirely. I’m a server and work in a kitchen, the server was just definitely being lazy and didn’t want to sit anymore people.
