Ordered the salt and pepper pork chop to go and it was great! Nice and crispy pork, juicy on the inside and I really enjoyed the veggies on the side! $16 is an average price nowadays for a meal for one person so not bad

I tried out Taiwanese cuisine before my trip to Taiwan. They have great dan bing and oyster omelette here ? Would love to try other dishes as well.

This was stop 1 on a mini food crawl of the area. So many good choices, but this olace stuck out for good Taiwanese food. The Dan Bing was great. It was fluffy egg and dense pancake served piping hot with a sauce to dip or pour over. The spicy wontons were fantastic as well. They had a light spice and thin texture but fell apart quick.I would love to come back for some Taiwanese sausage and a pork cutlet.Parking: Parking was limited.

We ordered three appetizers, roast beef, oyster fries and seaweed, hard tofu plates. They put the same sweet soy sauce on top it's end up taste the same. Two hot dishes, three cup chicken, pork and bamboo are fine. Beef soup is the same slide roast deef in broth with boycho. Shrimp and egg fried rice is ok. It's a tapa kind of restaurants for light meals.

The portion is huge. It is almost 95% similar to the Taiwanese flavor, guaranteed from a Taiwanese.?

This is a solid local Taiwanese restaurant. It's nothing fancy and a bit run down looking on the inside, but the food is solid and the drinks are good. The servers are very nice, but very inattentive. You have to call them over to your table. One was on her phone, while eating dinner. The other was in the back for a while. We got their popcorn chicken, beef rolled pancake, taro tapioca drink, a few rice plates and their noodles dishes. Everything was tasty. The rice dishes come with some steamed egg and cabbage. The popcorn chicken could use a bit more flavor, but it's still a tasty bite.

My go-to dish is the salt and pepper pork chop rice. I love the sticky batter for the pork chop. I like that you can buy the pork chop alone as an appetizer, which is great if you're doing take-out and already have rice at home. My friend usually gets the wonton noodles, but the portion size and quality of that is inconsistent, so I recommend the pork chop.

Good food at a reasonable price! Dined as a group of 4. We ordered 1 dish each and shared an 2 types of side dishes. Their serving size is a little bigger than the usual Asian restaurant portions, so we had to get some boxes to take leftovers home. Expect to spend around $25ish per head if you order a drink. The popcorn chicken was good and was fried perfectly, but it's on the blander side for fried chicken. If you could ask for more of the powdered flavoring, then I think it would be perfect. Would still order it again as is. The Dan Bing is also really good. You can ask for chili and exrra sauce on the side.Individually, we ordered the following:- Spicy wonton noodles: decent number of dumplings. You can ask them for more/less spice- Alex's noodles: good, but missing some meat- Pork belly rice: good, but missing some form of sauce- Braised Beef noodle soup: huge serving size and definitely worth the try.Added notes:- they have a restroom for patrons- there's about 4-5 slots of street parking right in front but it's shared with the other establishments.

Worst experience ever!! Definitely not a place where I want to come back. Here are the reasons why. First, after 15 mins being sat down, we had to flag down the waiter to take our orders. Only half of our orders came out. Staff never came back to our table nor asked if everything was okay. We had to refill our water from the counter ourselves. Then our waiter ultimately never put the other half of our orders in the kitchen so my friend and I never got our meal. After confronted the staff that our orders haven't arrived, he said he can cook our meal now. The staff never apologized nor showed any empathy when I said I just want our check. And even after that, the check never arrived. I had to go up and pay. The waiter never came back to our table.Overall, the place is a wreck. All the tables were not cleaned while the staffs were not occupied with anything. They just didn't seem to know what to do. I think they were prob never trained. To be honest, the price is not cheap either as the portion of the food is so small especially the appetizers.

Dolphin Bay needs to train their wait staff to do better. We sat and waited for twenty minutes before having to ask them where our food was only to find out that they never started cooking it. They simply forgot.I know it's an Asian restaurant and service might not be the priority. But there should still be standards. Wait staff were standing around and dirty dishes were left on tables long after people left.

Very nice family restaurant with amazing food and a new menu. Always loving their beef stuffed pancake, salt and pepper pork chop, and their beef noodle soup. Their shaved ice is also pretty nice looking and tasting. Variety of drinks, pretty big portions, great food, but sometimes has a bit of a wait time and parking can be a struggle on the street. Overall dope place though
