Service was pretty good, everything is ordered through a kiosk. I ordered a medium Lychee Oolong with boba for $6.15. It was pretty good and flavorful. There was also a mochi donut place built into the Gongcha. Store was pretty empty when I came around 5pm.

Michael was the BEST!! Despite it being busy, he welcomed every hues with a smile and greeting, and was very patient even though there was a line!!
He was very friendly when I ordered, and even asked if I was a student (I recommend having your ID if you ask for the discount) and applied a discount!!
He was super polite, honestly I’m impressed with him, and his partner on shift, they had very positive attitudes despite the rush on a Friday evening!!

Gong Cha is a worldwide boba chain that has many locations across Massachusetts, what makes this location unique is the presence of a Korean corndog/Mochi Donut store inside it as well. The staff operates both of these stores at the same time, which can make waiting longer if there is multiple people at each store, but I've never had to wait long for boba here.
