I unintentionally ordered at the wrong location but noticed immediately and called the restaurant to cancel my order. I understand this is not the resultant’s fault but the woman who answered the phone told me there was nothing they can do on the restaurant side. She also stated that this happens A LOT (which makes me think they have a poor business model). I asked if she could check to see if they started making the order to stop and obtain a refund and she said no. She didn’t want to know my order number and also refused to help set up a delivery option. Overall very poor customer service and I would not order from here again.

I had a wonderful dine in experience at Laughing Monk in Boston! The food was incredibly good truly authentic Thai! The menu was special and exciting with so many tempting options. The taste was so wonderful, I felt like I was eating in Bangkok. We drove 1.5 hours to get here, and it was absolutely worth it! I can't wait to return!

Vegetarian options: This restaurant is a shitty restaurant, one woman works there. Shitty work bitches.

Parking: They don't take good care of this restaurant. A lady is working badly. She takes bad care of the customers.

Stopped by with a friend. I can say this place is a hidden gem with phenomenal and amazing food. Larb is one of my favorite Thai food, it’s so rare that they do Larb with fish. We didn’t expect it would come out this good, it’s crispy, crunchy with a hint of spicy. Hat off to the chef! Rice noodles with crispy pork belly and liver is a must for noddle lovers. Thai tea is also good, not too sweet like some other Thai places. 10 out of 10 to Laughing Monk.

Delicious & Authentic northeastern Thai food in Boston. If you like spicy, flavorful, acidic, this is it. This place is absolutely delicious from beginning to end. Very warm and welcoming staff. I’m 100% coming back!!

I got pad Thai with tofu and it was unfortunately very bland. The mango sticky rice was very good though.
