The shredded chicken cold noodles recommended by the store clerk are unparalleledly delicious. The sesame sauce and red oil are very rich and can be fully covered in the cold noodles.

Third time here, but dine in this time.4 ⭐️ for Roujiamo?3 ? for noodles2 ⭐️ for parking. Very hard to find parking.Ordered Lai Mei Zi Pork Rou Jia Mo?, Cumin Beef Rou Jia Mo? will not order Cumin Beef again is a little bit salty with some pepper in it. Lai Mei Zi Pork is better, might order again.ordered Liangpi with spicy sauce and normal sesame sauce. The spicy one is fine, but just spicy not 香, I will not order again. Maybe try normal sesame sauce again. Also ordered fried noodles, which is fine and a little bit salty, will not order again.

Overall, very tasty. My only comparison is xi'an famous foods in NYC. I wish the noodles here were a little thinner, but it was very good flavor and chew.

Rougamo is great and unique. You really can only get this type of rougamo here. Good food and price especially for combos. The food court is not very nice place to dining but it is very convenient close to downtown crossing,

I think most of the people who like to come here are from China, so I just wrote in Chinese. I studied in Xi'an for four years as a graduate student. Personally, I feel that the taste of this store is very good. It is close to the taste of Xi'an. The price is also relatively reasonable.

Location wise, it is on the outskirts of ChinaTown and Downtown Crossing, so it's nice not needing to walk into further into Chinatown and have to doge traffic. There is not a lot of seats in the restaurant as it's more for carry out, so you are better off ordering and bringing it back to your desk. Additionally, the tables and seats are very greasy from what seems to be years of build up. I ended up putting my hand on a table and it got stuck there. Not a very good feeling.I ordered the lamb skewers and hand pulled noodle soup and I was very much let down on all of it. The soup broth was very oily and all I could taste was spicy oil and no flavor. The noodles was over cooked and very mushy. The lamb skewers were not well seasoned. I really wanted to like this place. The staff are amazing and super friendly. Additionally, the touch screen ordering system set up at the front of the store is very easy to use and has many pictures of the dishes that have to offer. For these 2 reasons I give this place 2 stars.

I stopped by just to try one of the lamb rougamos after seeing a TikTok praising this place. It was easy to order on one of the computer screens, and my food came out in no time. I was super impressed when I opened my rougamo. The bread was so flaky that it was coming apart in pieces in my hand, and it was deliciously crisp. The lamb filling inside was beautifully spiced, well-seasoned, and tender. It was a good balance of lean to fatty, and there were veggies in the mix as well. I wouldn't say there was a large amount of filling, but there was just enough to make it balanced. I savored every bite and wanted to order another after I was done. This is seriously one of the best things I've eaten in Boston in a while, and for the price, this is a really good deal in downtown Boston. I'm so excited to try the rest of their menu now!

Ignore the fact that it's in a food court that seems one wrong turn away from warping you into the Backrooms, and be prepared to wait to be acknowledged if you're not using the menu screens on the far side of the booth. (They're chronically understaffed so have patience.)With that: this is not only one of the best places downtown for lunch on a budget, it's some of the best Chinese food I've had in the city period. The cold noodles with sesame sauce and a spiced egg are absolutely heavenly on a summer day when you need something filling but not heavy. If I were bringing an out of town guest to walk the Freedom Trail, I'd absolutely bring them here to fuel up beforehand.

In fact, I can completely understand that the taste is not very authentic, after all, I am very happy to eat this kind of food in Boston, but why do you choose rice noodle and then you give me Shanghai noodle. Your picture shows obviously a spiced intestine in red oil soup, (I ask the red oil myself !)and then give me a boiled white large intestine... I am very disappointed and do not recommend Asians to eat it. People from other countries may not understand it and enjoy it

Had a chance to try out a pork roujiamo, the bread was flaky and the meat was juicy. Reminded me of the night market food stalls on the streets in Xian

Hand pulled noodle is not really hand pulled, completely different compare to China. Bad quality and service super

Food is really good and authentic. The servers are super nice though it's a bit pricy. The eating environment is somewhat bad, especially when eating at summer. The air conditioners doesn't seem to work at all, and an open grill next to the store doesn't help.
