I absolutely love the 99, however I was disappointed with our food at this location. I never send my food back but my wrap was filled with hot lettuce and the rice was so crunchy it got stuck in my teeth. Hopefully it was just a bad kitchen night for them. The manager was wonderful and gave us some free desserts for our troubles.

Good place for an easy meal. They serve all the classics and have a good bar too. Service was a little slow because they were busy, but the server made the most of it for us. Prices were way higher than they used to be, but we have inflation to thank for that.

Sat at the bar where it wasn’t busy at all (maybe 5 people). Bar tender skipped over me as 3 other parties came in and sat at the bar. Waited 15 minutes and left. Bar tender acted like I wasn’t even there. Service has gone down hill over the last few months. It was great when they first opened.

My meal was only warm. Fried cheese could have been cooked more. Server was slow with additional drinks. Had to request popcorn. The entire restaurant was empty but they sat 3 tables right by us. I hate that. At least put one booth in between us. The booth adjacent to us had 2 kids. They we just being kids but were louder than we liked. It interrupted our conversation. There was no reason to fill that booth when the place was so empty!
Kaitlin was our server and she is FANTASTIC! Best server I’ve ever had and great service all around. And great food!

Food is slow to arrive but good once it does. Service is very slow. Servers seem overwhelmed and confused. Place is chaos on a Sunday evening. Floor is a mess and bathroom are dirty

Food took forever and of course steak was over cooked. They said they couldn't do a new one because all they had was frozen. You could tell like every place else they were understaffed. Other locations are so much better.
