Stopped in Andyman's Sun, Dec 29 at 5:30 pm to pick out a dozen pastries for an occasion. There were 2 girls working counter & the one customer ahead of us was being waited on. As soon as customer walked away, we expected to have our order taken. Neither girls acknowledged us nor said they'd be with us in a minute, instead scattering in opposite directions doing other things, completely ignoring us as if we were invisible. Stood at counter another 3 or 4 minutes being patient, and still no acknowledgement. Being intentionally overlooked for so long, we made decision to take our business elsewhere. Even as we walked out the door, neither of them called us back in. Left with a poor impression of Andyman Bakery.

I go there daily for my coffee sometimes 2x and all of their pastry and baked goods are great, there is always a wait, but it goes fast.!! The staff is the best.

Great food but Clover never works and always tells me that Andymans isnt accepting orders even when they clearly are open. There's been multiple occasions where I want to get a breakfast sandwich but then see that Clover is down again so i just give up because i don't want to wait 20 minutes.

I can not say enough about the gorgeous cake created by Andeman Bakery and their Cake Designer/Baker extrodinare Deb! She went out of her way to create the perfect masterpiece with the Cardinals, I hoped to have on the cake for my mom, who had passed. She did a gorgeous job! Everyone at the Dinner Party was truly impressed! And of course it was scrumptious! Buttercream and Vanilla. Simple and elegant! Thank you Deb and Andeman Bakery! I had to repeat the details of my order five times and they still managed to get it wrong, right down to using the wrong cake and writing the wrong message on the top. The cake ended up being a BIG disappointment at the end of my wife's otherwise great birthday. If you care about getting what you order, stay away from Andyman.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately after trying several items I had to accept that the food is just sub par. I've tried serveral of the pastries and desserts and they were disappointing.

I would like to tell your bakery has excellent desserts and food. I come from Medford and this bakery is the only Italian bakery that comes close to Italian bakeries from Boston . I also would like to state the service is excellent in your store and would like to call out one person in particular I believe his name is Andrew this young gentleman is excellent he goes above and beyond to help myself and other customers . I would not lose him LOL . Andrew good luck in school this year

Went in on a recommendation from a friend who said i have to give them another shot, it's been many years since i stopped in. Shocked is an understatement. While still looking like a tired old diner it definitely has a better vibe. The staff was friendly, and if you know this place that in it of itself is shocking lol. Got s breakfast sandwich and it was huge! Couldn't finish. You can tell that the new owner cares about things as i saw him working with the ladies making food and also talking to customers. He is very easy on the eyes so I'm not surprised people are heading back to Andyman after ditching over the years. Will definitely be back.
