Got takeout from here and ordered the buffalo chicken tenders with a side of fries. The chicken was grey, the tenders came undressed with a tiny side of buffalo sauce, breading was falling off. They forgot to give fries even though they were paid for.

We stopped in on a rainy night and had a great meal. Friendly atmosphere, good food, we will be back now that we have figured out to park behind the Barking Dog restaurant and walk across the bridge. Look forward to trying this out in warmer weather too. I had the prime rib sandwich, my wife had the Mediterranean wrap and we both loved our meals.

Blue moon is a cute little spot. Great for dates night and there's ALWAYS new stuff pk the menu, which I personally love. Truffle cries are literally addicting. The fries in general are amazing but the truffle fries .... next level. There's outdoor seating very small but intimate for date night. Good drinks service was good and attentive from what I believe was the GM or owner not sure but good friendly guy.Parking: Parking can be difficult because Amesbury is very busy. Parking next to the Morning buzz Cafe. Another amazing spot to eat.
Stopped in to see friends who had come back to the neighborhood for the holidays. We just had a soda and water and a couple of quick hugs ?

First I must warn you that unfortunately the shrimp sauté in my opinion is one of the absolute worst things I have ever eaten in my life. The sauce tasted like olive juice from canned olives. The pasta was bland and the shrimp was only mediocre. The server did an amazing job though and was very attentive. The dessert was a tropical lava cake that is an absolute must try.

The first time I ate there I got fried calamari. A good seven of them were stuck together in a clump by someone's hair. We also got deviled eggs and there was a hair on that plate too. It's extra sucky when you don't order a side of hair and they just throw it in for you. No surprise there are so many one star reviews. The river seating is nice, but not worth all the hairy food. Stay far away from this dump.

We were apple picking nearby and accidentally ended up in this restaurant. We were certainly not disappointed. Great location, amazing outdoor seating and the food is simply great. I ordered special (which was chicken thighs with mushroom gravy) and loved it a lot. Thank you for the great service and food.
We ordered takeout and had a great experience. The hostess was very friendly when we arrived. Our food was ready upon arrival and was still hot and delicious when we got home. We will definitely order again from Blue Moon.

My family has eaten here a few times and the food was great. Tonight I ordered the shrimp saute and there was 0 shrimp! My husband ordered the 4 cheese tortellini which should have been made with tomato cream sauce and there was none! Since it was take-out and we were hungry, we ate as is. We notified the manager and he offered a remake but wish it was right the first time cause we didn't exactly want to go back out. Gonna be awhile before I can even think about going there again. Spent too much for not enough.

This is such a hidden gem in Amesbury! The food is amazing, the service is phenomenal (Jordan is the best!) and this view! Come on! So good!This is a must try - just hoping I can still get a seat when everyone finds out about this place!

Hey, it’s a small town bar located in the heart of Amesbury. Those in search of a cocktail experience that goes beyond the menu should look elsewhere, but the beer & wine selections are varied enough that anyone who visits should have something they’ll like. Just don’t order a whiskey sour.
