Easily my favorite brewery in town!
Great Beer. Munich Dunkel was amazing.
So grateful to find a brewery that’s not all IPA’s! The festbier, marzen, and black lager were all delicious. My only wish is for smaller glass size option, since I’m a lightweight 😹
Silvaticus, Notch & Schilling are my Favorite Breweries in the Northeast.
Silvaticus is a homage to traditional European Styles and the quality is superb, without flaw. Incredibly grateful to live so close. Their taps are clean and water quality is very good. The setting in downtown Amesbury is prime with free parking across the streets in a growing and vibrant north shore community.
Baron Von Smoke, Oblivion, Dopplebock and their Kolsch are personal favorites. This year's Festbier was top notch as well. They are one of the few breweries to do smoked beers (Rauchbier) which is a style not many breweries will do.
The staff do in incredible job and are always helpful with beer selection. Outside setup is dog friendly.
If you love beer, Silvaticus is a non negotiable. This is a top brewery in the country and I hope they get more recognition for their work!
Great service. Great beer. Lager powerhouse of MA.
Great location, tasty beers — perfect vibes. Left a toy behind & bartender brought it to us. Great people great beer
Wonderful pilsners and vibes.
This brewery is fantastic. Every beer I've had has been fantastic. They specialize in European styles, so lots of German and Czech styles, including the best hefeweizen I've had in the US. The food is quite good but limited to appetizers; they frequently have food trucks for bigger meals, and good ones. Warning: the beer list on their website is infrequently updated, and I've found it's usually wrong.
Very pleasant place and cold beer.
Great beer, great atmosphere, and great food. The staff were super friendly as well! The pretzel is definitely worth it if you're looking for a snack while you're there.

Five years ago, I simply gave this place five stars, and I can't believe I did not elaborate. Admittedly, I have a list with a few other to try, but Silvaticus is the #1 brewery I have been to in Massachusetts. And that's based on the beer alone. Everything I've ever had here is a masterpiece, from old standards to interesting experiments. Whatever the style, I think the brewers here tend to appreciate crisp, clean beers with tremendous flavors. Oh, and the spot is awesome and the staff are always friendly, knowledgable, and attentive.
Very hard to find a brewery that does European/Old World beers. And wow, does this place deliver. For those that aren’t into that, the pale ales are also excellent. Really cool interior and the bar tender was friendly and very knowledgeable. Only sad I don’t live close by to frequent it.
5 stars for the Votage Pale Ale. Normally, I search for IPA's but really enjoyed this pour
While I will always love Silvaticus, and will always go to their oktoberfest/anniversary celebration, this year was a let down, the atmosphere was very subdued compares to previous years, but the beer was still top notch which is why they still get 4 stars
Great beer in an upbeat and friendly locale. Well worth the time to get here from the coast. The outdoor patio is amazing (and bonus points for being dog friendly!). We will definitely be back.
