I ran in to this amazing Chef at the farmers market in Salem, NH. Hands down, best plant based prepared meals I have ever had. Most of the time I'm disappointed in ready made plant based meals, I wouldn't give anything under a 9.9 on the several items that I've purchased. 9.9, only because I have to believe there is always room to go up.
Fresh vegetable rolls were outstanding -- innovative, tasty, and healthy, with a variety of great dipping sauces. Alice and I will be back for more at Haverhill Farmer's market.
