Rude employees for a mistake they made.

Workers are rude. I am allergic to chocolate chips and I asked for a muffin specifically without chocolate chips and they put the muffin upside down so I can’t see it. Finally I get home and I flip my muffin over and I see chocolate chips.

Waited in line for a prolonged period of time and was never acknowledged once until I walked out. Ended up going through drive through for them to mess up my order anyway.

It's always a challenge to get a drink correct and I'm not actually sure why. You ask for skim milk, you get skim AND oat milk. They typed in that way. Ask for a medium cup of ice with a single shot of espresso (mixing my own protein shake with it) and I got a medium hot cup with the hot shot of espresso. So I asked them to fix it with what I originally asked, they chilled the espresso shot and added it to a small hot cup. So I again asked for the medium cup of ice so I could just pour the espresso shot over the ice myself at that point, and they wanted to make a new shot of espresso in a small hot cup. I declined and just asked for the cup of ice, again. It's rather strange since I don't do flavors or sugar or any other modifications. I just wanted an iced latte made with skim milk today and was handed a dripping cup overflowing and covered in coffee with two milks in it. I didn't even ask for it to be remade because I'm simply never coming back.

Make sure to add the sugar that is supposed to be in the beverages if it is required lately every time to go to get a beverage I get no sugar

Ruined my morning. I love dunks but this location sucks. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso in the drive thru. Couldn’t even think my next thought before the drive thru lady goes “ANYTHING ELSE???” When I pull up to the window, they hand me my drink and it’s not even full. So I ask, why isn’t it full? The employee told me oh we go by measurements. Makes sense I guess, but my drink should still be full…. Might as well have paid for me a Medium at that point… Then I pull off and hop on the freeway to eat my bagel and when I open it up, there’s little to basically no cream cheese on it, but it’s too late cause I’m already on the freeway so I couldn’t go back. Just about broke my jaw eating that stale ahhh bagel… I bust my butt working outside all day for the same amount of pay per hour as a dunkin employee so the laziness and impatience Im not really understanding….

I did not know that reading was optional. Since the new year anytime I have ever ordered something that order has been screwed up. Sad to say each and every time I have ordered it has been throught the dunkin donuts app.

This time, I ordered an iced coffee, bagel with cream cheese, and a turkey egg and cheese on engkish muffin. Here is the kicker. I ordered at a non peak hour. I go and pick it up and looked in the bag and saw the cream cheese on the side. Again I would understand if it was during peak hours. I turned the bag over and let the items, while still wrapped, slide onto the counter. A stodgy gentleman in a blue sweater and glasses (presuming to be part of the management team) approached me and asked if there was an issue. I provided the individual my issue. After a little bit of deliberation and fixing the issue I apoligized to the person for being difficult to which with no sincerity and much forced restraint of frustration was responded with "Well I do not know how you want me to respond with?"

From a person who has worked in kitchens and gone thru retail and customer services, that was what I would call "one for the books" If able to i would rate 0 to negative starts since the experience was horrid. I would inquire possible staff alteration. There have been times I have gone in and they messed up and when I inquired they were nice and addressed it with a form of empathy and sincerity. This time definitely was not one of those times.

Couldn’t figure out why they weren’t busy at 9am. Found out on my first bite of bagel sandwich. It had dirt in it. Not impressed.
