Bathroom was filthy. The whole place was disgusting and needs updating. Kitchen was also a filthy mess. We could see in a the cash register. Yucky

Difficult for mobility-impaired people. Small seating area, but that's common for Friendly's. This chain of restaurants has grown outrageously expensive. Definitely not a place for a family trying to save money. The food is mediocre, other than Burgers I wouldn't suggest anything else. Staff friendly and efficient although, I don't understand this whole kiosk table thing, and the staff doesn't seem to be able to explain it. There is some sort of game you can play and it says it's for free, it's all very confusing.

Definitely have gotten better. The menu has extended a bit. The staff is friendly. If you're easily cold bring a jacket.

Brought my daughter for dinner her cheesebirger sliders were so overcooked she couldn't even bite them. The staff was so busy fooling around in the kitchen that they were nowhere to be found. We left before ice cream because our food was inedible. We usually love friendlys but we will not be going back to this location. Very disappointed.

Chicken fajitas cooked in old grease. Music blaring from overhead speakers. I had to buy some antacid afterwards to get over it. If there was a hell and there was a restaurant in it, this would be the place. Incongruously, waitstaff were great.

Level of acceptance has gone way down. Very disappointed. No care was put into the food everything was burned and just thrown into a plate. Supposed to be a family restaurant and I didn't get that feeling at all. Place was not presentable and the waitress was an airhead and very absent had to get up to get anything like silverware or napkins or straws. Very sad to see a childhood luxury go down the drain. Won't be going back again.

I am very upset, The other day I sat down at the table, I asked for a water but I waited 20 minutes for my water. 20 minutes later I got my water. Then my grandfather asked for a BLT with mayonnaise on the side and I had to wait 30 minutes then he got the BLT but he got the BLT with mayonnaise on the BLT. Then I asked for those colored salt chips on the salad but I asked 2 times for it and the salt chips where stale. Then I ordered the ice cream, I ordered a Make Your Own Ice Cream with peanut butter sauce, hot fudge, and Reese's pieces. I waited another 30 for my ice cream. They should've paid for the BLT and Then Cyrus the waitress said I tried my best to make you happy.. This was a worst experience ever I got at Freindly's and not so freindly. I probably would not go to this location ever again because of this. So this is not OK. So thank you for this experience at Freindly's
Friendly's is family friendly, to say the least. Decent causal dining and very "kid oriented." Wait staff is especially tuned into the younger generations' needs. Food selection is just what a weary traveler needs to revitalize. Good desserts, too!

Food was hot and delivered pretty quickly. Staff were very kind and attentive, even with a quickly filling dining room. Perfect place for large families with young children, but do expect a bit of a wait.

The Friendly's in our home town closed down many years ago so it was a real treat to find one while traveling. Food was just the same, cheeseburgers (although they use brioche buns now instead of Texas toast) french fries, onion rings and of course a Fribble and a hot fudge Sunday. All was great! Friendly waitress too!

I will never understand why Friendly's is becoming obsolete. I hope one day Friendly's makes a comeback in RI. I think we are down to 1 restaurant. We have plenty of room for them.
