This place is a joke. The customer service at Heavenly Donuts was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The staff acted like I was a nuisance just for walking in. No smile, no greeting, just pure attitude. And the food? Straight-up trash. The donuts were stale and dry like they’d been sitting out for days, and the coffee tasted like burnt water. There was nothing fresh, nothing flavorful, and absolutely nothing ‘heavenly’ about any of it. Save your money and your patience—go literally anywhere else.

They got my order wrong. The heavenly freeze didn't taste right. My server was rude. Just not a good experience. I will not be going back unless I go to the one in Haverhill. Pat and his wife are amazing
