It's McDonald's. They took my order incorrectly, and I had to correct it when paying. I knew how much it was supposed to cost, so when the total didn't match, I knew something was wrong.

I live real close to this location so I come to this one pretty often
Yesterday I waited in the drive through during a rush for almost 15 min. I was very upset until the manager came to the window and apologized gave me a free fry and two coupons for free cones because of my wait.
Usually no issue but a long wait time. There's plenty of things in this area as well.

I visited this McDonalds today with my 4 year old and 5 month old. The women who took my order was very kind and even brought my food over to me so I didn’t have to lug the car seat back to the counter. Then when we were heading to the pay area another worker helped me by bringing my food into the play area for me. Which was so helpful and greatly appreciated. She saw that I was going to head back up to the counter since they forgot to give me my fries and she took it along...
