UPDATE: The manager, Marco, called to discuss my issues. He was kind enough to refund me for my undercooked burger. He's super nice and I very much appreciate his willingness to make things right. I'll be sure to stop in again if I make it back to the area. I really want to try that burger, done well of course ?
I quickly regretted ordering my meal from here. We're traveling for work with pets so eating in a restaurant is not really feasible. While we've had great experiences with other curbside establishments, I sadly can't say that in this case. I ordered the All Star Burger which came with 2 sides. I ordered broccoli and French Fries. While I understand eating out of a container isn't the same as going in, what I received was horrible. I ordered my burger well done and it was raw. My broccoli was also just warmed in salamander or something because it was brown on top and completely raw. Not cooked at all. I'm not usually a complainer because I know how hard it is in the restaurant business but when 2/3 of your order is inedible or not what you ordered, it deserves a review...I guess it's buyer beware. At least I know not to order from here for the rest of the trip.

My husband and I went to lunch yesterday at the 9s in Amesbury. We had the fish and chips and a southwest salad, a Jacks Abby lager and a mango mai tai. The fish had scales in it and fell apart, the salad was unappetizing. The Mai Tai meh. The beer was very good, and the cold slaw was fresh and crispy. Cheyenne, our waiter was outstanding.
