Everything here is very good - BUT the selection has been lacking as of late. I used to go here frequently when I needed to buy chocolate for many occasions. The last few times I've gone, I walk in to find at most 5-10 types of chocolates to choose from. Not sure why there has been such a lack of variety recently, but hoping to see this change.
Will stop in again at some point and update my review. Just hope I come in to more variety next time.

Ok here’s the deal. They sell these small squares of dark chocolate with various stir in’s, and I’ve become completely addicted to the orange ginger and the fig fennel. They are an absolute must try. 10 stars if I could!!

THE BEST scones I have ever had...and I am a scone fanatic. Coffee and cookies also pretty good. The wait staff was so kind and efficient. The 3 stars for atmosphere have to do with the outside seating which is limited, tired and old. All they need to do is clean it up a bit and make the space a little more attractive and this would be a stellar 5 star across the board

The coffee and chocolates are excellent but expensive. Unfortunately, the customer service is subpar, leading to an awkward atmostphere. I had intended to work from Ovedia a few times a month, but the loud converstaion among coworkers make it difficult to concentrate.During my recent visit to Ovedia, I waited for many minutes at the cash register without being acknowledged, despite being the only customer there. Although the staff member briefly made eye contact with me, she quickly looked away. While I understand she was busy making a latte for another customer, a simple "I'll be right with you" would have improved the experience. Also, other staff member were present but they also did not acknowledge me.
