Hands down the BEST nachos I’ve ever had! My husband and I considered ordering a second plate to bring home to have later they were so good. Definitely our new favorite spot. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

First off, the nicest owners around! They know our order by heart and greet us like long time friends everytime we come around. Second, the food! Love love love the bbq wings and pulled pork sammie for me. The smash burger and the trio taco special are my husband's favorites. The trio taco special is so filling that he can't order it unless he is really hungry because the portions are big and it's so tasty he wants to eat the whole thing. You truly can't go wrong! Do yourself a favor and give them a try ♥️

Got the three-meat plate with two sides. Brisket, pulled pork and ribs with the mac n cheese and beans as my sides. Everything was tender. The ribs fell off the bone. The sides were some of the best I’ve ever had.

Scarlett Fire BBQ catered our wedding in May of 2025. They were FANTASTIC! so easy to work with. Our biggest things for the wedding was wanting really good food and our guests feeling full and they delivered. Everyone raved about the food and it was a major talking point after the wedding. They were super easy to work with and very communicative. Highly recommend for any event!

LIFE CHANGING BBQ

I wanted a casual backyard BBQ with great food for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. I tried some of the local favorite BBQ places and considered their catering menu's & service. My favorite was Scarlet Fire BBQ and boy did they deliver!
My guests raved about the food with the star of the show being the beef brisket. We also had pulled pork, smoked shrimp boil, pit smoked apple pie beans, granny smith coleslaw & honey glazed cornbread. Everything was delish!
Rebecca was terrific to work with. She made recommendations and was very responsive to my all questions. I opted to have my food delivered which she did, piping hot and on time. Scarlet Fire BBQ made my party a huge success.

What a great place. Family-friendly and just plain fantastic! We had four different meals and everyone in our group raved about how great it was. The real standout was the smoked Mac-n-Cheese. It’s just THE BEST macaroni & cheese I’ve ever had!!

What a treat! I've always loved frequenting Barewolf (anyone friends with my furry friend is a friend of mine 🐾🩷) so I was psyched to hear about this delicious addition

Grateful!!! For having been introduced (thank you Willow Tree Events!) to Scarlet Fire BBQ. We had the most fabulous Rehearsal Dinner at The Preserve at Chocura starting with Mike preparing the sumptuous meal on site, all day, with amazing smells wafting through the air. The BBQ was unrivaled! And then there was this crazy, amazing mac n' cheese that had a barbecue flare along with the smoked chocolate chip cookies. And thank goodness we also asked Scarlet Fire BBQ to join us the next night for the Welcome Dinner with their BBQ Food Truck. Pulled Pork and Brisket Tacos! and crazy Tots that were amazing... and to add to all of this, working with Mike and Rebecca was fantastic. They couldn't be any more accommodating and kind. Our dog Moose agreed with this by the way...
