Thanks to other TripAdvisor members, the overall rating on The Hollow Café guided me on exactly where to go for a café breakfast in Amesbury. On arrival, I found The Hollow Café in a strip mall beside Family Dollar. It was in the back. Inside, I had to wait to be seated. The gal at the front had about 4 jobs – hostess, waitress, cashier, table-clearer/ sanitizer. Through it all, she seemed to remain cool, calm, and collected despite the multiple demands of her job. my best friend and i randomly found this sweet cafe and my goodness was it wonderful! Excellent service and the staff was very welcoming. The menu was far from dull, exciting choices and the execution was even better.
Amazing food and great service! Challah French toast was fantastic. Green Goddess omelet and Irish eggs Benedict were both delicious. Check hours as the waitress told us they are tweaking their schedule for fall.
