Had a smoothie there and not even an hour later i was violently sick to my stomach, just a simple one with nothing im alergic to so it definetly shouldnt have but it was the worst pain ive felt in my stomach and the vomiting was so intense. I would steer clear. The employees were also very disrespectful and rude

Thank you Tropical Smoothie Team for being so amazingly accommodating! My car broke down and even though they have a third party delivery system, a team member at the Amesbury store hand delivered my order to my house. I can't believe how generous that was, no one ever does that!! Thank you again. 🤩 100% Amazing Service

Unfortunately they were out of the plant based protein but I'm glad they offered it at all- staff was friendly and the smoothie really good. I'll check on their vegan options next time.

My daughter went into the Amesbury store with me to get an acai bowl, and 2 of the young school girls working sat there and talked trash and making comments about my daughter. Must've been jealous because sorry my daughter is beautiful!!!They should really learn to keep their mouth shut with paying customers!!! Will not ever recommend this certain store to anyone!!!!!

Will not go back. You spend $8.00 for a smoothie is fine. When you fill it up only 80% of the cup ? No thanks. Will not be returning
This TSC is the worst!!! They cannot get an order correct! An $11 smoothie with a 25% tip & all incorrect, they could care less in Amesbury. Multiple incorrect orders there. The Saugus store is perfect every single time!
