Unfortunately they were out of the plant based protein but I'm glad they offered it at all- staff was friendly and the smoothie really good. I'll check on their vegan options next time.

My daughter went into the Amesbury store with me to get an acai bowl, and 2 of the young school girls working sat there and talked trash and making comments about my daughter. Must've been jealous because sorry my daughter is beautiful!!!They should really learn to keep their mouth shut with paying customers!!! Will not ever recommend this certain store to anyone!!!!!

This TSC is the worst!!! They cannot get an order correct! An $11 smoothie with a 25% tip & all incorrect, they could care less in Amesbury. Multiple incorrect orders there. The Saugus store is perfect every single time!

If i could give this place zero stars i would...stould there in an empty establishment while some clearly pilled out junky was moping around doing nothing...after being ignored for over 5 minutes i left. Never going here again

All I ordered was one smoothie that should have been called clumpy because there was nothing smooth about it. If you can't make it right, how about try again. I would much rather appreciated him saying he didn't know why this wasn't working. Let's start again. Instead he poured a few clumps of whatever this is and added a little water and put it in a cup.

I have been to the Cafe several times. Staff is always pleasant. Food is delicious and made quickly. Jared is super friendly and works hard to make sure my order is correct and often leaves a friendly note written on my cup to say thank you.

I would come here every morning and spend on average $22 . The last 3 times I went, my order was wrong. One day, I waited 15 minutes for my order. 3 people who came after me got their order before me. Today, again I got the wrong thing. Today was the last time. When someone spends roughly $350 a month at your store, you should make sure you do your job correctly. I would not recommend this location.

I had my food delivered to the wrong address and luckily someone was home and brought it to me. If they were not home I would not have gotten my food and no one to talk to regarding this order or a refund if need be. No one answers the phone there or returns voicemails. The food was great & the smoothie because again luckily someone was nice enough to bring it to me. We need to be able to get in touch with Cafe or delivery service.
