Sat at bar ordered food. Steak tips were good , unfortunately the bartender ignored me, when he did take my drink order mid meal he never came back. This is too bad, I've had dinner at tables here and the service was ok
Edit 9/24/24. Tried this again on a Tuesday night, apparently they have trivia night. The speaker was so loud my brain was rattling and my ears were ringing. I had to leave unfortunately couldn't order a meal and sit through that so loud. I was way at the other end of the restaurant and it was literally shaking the glasses on the table. I'm not sure how that could be fun for anybody

I have been ordering food from there for years and they were always pretty good but occasionally missing the mark. A few days ago we got the hot dog and beans special in which the hot dogs were dried out they looked like they came from a 7 Eleven or a Cumberland Farms the beans were given to you in a small plastic container like one you would be given to for a small amount of dressing or salsa very tiny so I donāt see how they could call the dish hot dogs and beans. The chicken and bacon ranch dip letās start off with the chicken was not shredded it was big chunks of tasteless dip. My son said he has a better hot dog with beans at Dairy Queen. Have we complained a lot I donāt think so if the food did not come to 45.00 we would not have said a thing, but itās not cheap there. So I went there today to pick up my gift card we decided to try something different there and one of the managers came over to tell me they will not comp any more meals for me making it sound like I have some sort of scam going on. It does not matter to them that they are serving food that is not up to quality it only matters to them that they. Comped a few meals that unfortunately for us were not good. I guess this restaurant wants you to grin and bear it so sorry the food is either good or not good we have only complained when it was bad.

I ordered takeout from Ashland ale house and had an awful experience. The manager was extremely rude when I called to ask about a mistake in my order. Instead of offering help, they were dismissive and made me feel like I was the problem. They told me not to call them about anymore mistakes again. I have been doing there for years. Terrible customer serviceāI wonāt be ordering from here again.
