Nice staff, I have gone to this spot a tone especially after playing paintball right next to the shop, definitely suggest the New York cheese cake ice cream đ°

OMG I can't live without this place. The food is a piece of art here. I've never eaten a better burger before. Hotdogs and fries are the tastiest in the town

Every time I come here they have the worst customer service. Seems almost like I am bothering them by ordering some ice cream. Used to love the Dairy Queen but now I almost dread when I crave a blizzard. Such a disappointment. Donât get me wrong I understand when someone has a bad day, but it seems like the person taking my order through the drive through cannot stand me. I hope the staff works on their customer service and at least treat people with some respect. Will not be coming back and do not recommend coming to this specific Dairy Queen.

Came here to eat 7/6/25 at 6pm and order a meal two bites into my burger I noticed that the bottom bun was full of mold brought it to manger and they only gave me a partial refund , beware this place is disgusting they kept serving from the same batch of buns to other customers đ¤˘

I received two blizzards, neither were made correct. The Large was only filled halfway, essentially was a medium that I got charged extra for. The chocobrownie extreme blizzard that I ordered had no chocolate in it, how do you mess that up.
When i went back to the counter to have them give me my correct order, they âapologizedâ and claimed they would remake the two incorrect items. Not only did they give me the incorrect order once, but they had the audacity to take the incorrectly made blizzards into the back for 2 minutes before bringing the same 2 blizzards back claiming theyâre ânew onesâ. Disappointing and horrible costumer service, donât visit this location.

Can you believe this was our first time at a Dairy Queenâs? I personally never thought of coming here because Im not a fan of soft served ice cream. We took our nephews out and wanted a place for them to have Ice Cream and for us to eat something. We had hamburgers and cheese curds and were very pleased, one of our nephews had a blizzard which we also tried and ended up loving it, and our youngest nephew has a nut, dairy, egg allergy and the staff was very nice helping us find something for him.
We will be back soon and Iâll be having a soft serve ice cream just for me next time

Super expensive large blizzard 7.37 medium 6.52 small5.48 was not expecting that brought 6 dollars cash wanted large was not enough medium not enough so I had to pay credit wish the onwer was banned from this business but staff are nice.

I went dairy queen for Myself and my children. Stated four times I am allergic to cheese. Double check with them when I got my food as soon as I get home There's cheese all over my Sandwich. Call to speak to a manager. The lady at the top of the receipt answers the phone tells me i'm wrong tells me I cannot speak to a manager an basically just takes my money.... No I don't know what they have going on over there. But they needs to be better leadership skills and people that know how to be professional
