Not kid friendly :( Workers constantly screaming at kids and teens which is very unprofessional. I understand that they may be loud, but you can’t be yelling at them aggressively. Patience is what would make this establishment better.

I went in with my kids to give them a special treat. I ordered three small drinks (along with a reasonably sizable order) and when I got a chance to look at the receipt I noticed one drink was $2.09 and the other two had been combined into a mix and match deal for $5. I asked the girl at the register if it was possible to order them all separately, as that was cheaper, and doing it this way makes no sense. She went and got the manager who was snarky and rude and told me that the register does it automatically and it's cheaper this way and they can't change it. I pointed out that $2.09 three times was cheaper than $5 plus $2.09 and she started yelling at me. When I told her to forget it, she got really rude and at that point we just left. I get that the register may do things automatically, and that fast food workers are paid garbage, but I didn't expect to get shouted at for asking to not pay extra.

Every time I come here they have the worst customer service. Seems almost like I am bothering them by ordering some ice cream. Used to love the Dairy Queen but now I almost dread when I crave a blizzard. Such a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong I understand when someone has a bad day, but it seems like the person taking my order through the drive through cannot stand me. I hope the staff works on their customer service and at least treat people with some respect. Will not be coming back and do not recommend coming to this specific Dairy Queen.
Came here to eat 7/6/25 at 6pm and order a meal two bites into my burger I noticed that the bottom bun was full of mold brought it to manger and they only gave me a partial refund , beware this place is disgusting they kept serving from the same batch of buns to other customers 🤢

I received two blizzards, neither were made correct. The Large was only filled halfway, essentially was a medium that I got charged extra for. The chocobrownie extreme blizzard that I ordered had no chocolate in it, how do you mess that up.
When i went back to the counter to have them give me my correct order, they “apologized” and claimed they would remake the two incorrect items. Not only did they give me the incorrect order once, but they had the audacity to take the incorrectly made blizzards into the back for 2 minutes before bringing the same 2 blizzards back claiming they’re “new ones”. Disappointing and horrible costumer service, don’t visit this location.
