Stopped while passing through about 5:00pm on 12/27. Absolutely terrible service. The three girls that were working didn't even acknowledge us as we approached the counter. Nobody came to take our order so assumed we had to use the kiosk. We ordered 2 drinks and 3 donuts. One made our drinks and then went back to talking and cleaning and just didn’t give us the rest of our order. After a few minutes my husband said “excuse me, can we get the rest of our order” and instead of looking at the order she just asked us what we had. Got to the car to leave and she gave us the wrong donuts. Took the bag back in, and stood there for a couple minutes with the bag in my hand, one made eye contact but then looked away while they talked. At the same time , there was someone in the drive thru telling them their order was wrong too. I’ll make sure we skip Ashland Dunkin next time.

I door dashed 4 donuts and got 2 bagels and 2 pumpkin loafs. I beg you never come to this store worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will pay you to go to a different Dunkin ’ Donuts.

Absolutely disgusting. Employees don’t wear gloves and the man working the window grabbed my doughnuts with his disgusting horrifying looking hands with long yellow nails and cuts all over his hands. They also didn’t speak a lick of English just kept talking in another language. Absolutely gross.

I have a health condition and I always order decaf coffee at this location. Multiple times, they’ve given me regular coffee instead. Today, when I called it out, the gentleman at the counter told me, ‘We don’t have decaf, this is the same thing.’ That is dangerous, careless, and unacceptable.
Serving the wrong coffee to someone who cannot have caffeine puts lives at risk. If I get sick or worse, this store will be responsible. Customers deserve honesty and care, not laziness and excuses. This location needs serious retraining before someone gets hurt.

Whoever the guy is who works Saturday evenings is RUDE!!! He misheard me while ordering. I simply tried telling him I ordered 4 drinks, not 3 (I was not mad at all) and then said he asked me multiple times even though I corrected him when he read it back to me when I was ordering through the drive thru. I even tried explaining to him nicely I wanted 3 refreshers with lemonade and 1 with green tea and next thing I noticed he gives me a full blown attitude, rolls his eyes and closed the drive thru window while I was talking to him then proceeds to walk away. I won't ever be coming back here.

This is my favorite dunkin location everyone is friendly here, very welcoming environment. There is a girl who works there, usually in at the drive through window, who is VERY kind, she has the best customer service.. Thank you for always greeting my family with a smile and your kindness. :)

I am very easy to appease - I ask for a large, hot coffee—black. Ladies and gentlemen, they absolutely hit it out of the park every time; they give me large, hot coffee—black.
There's been a few occasions where I had to pick up a dozen donuts. I will say I am darn surprised they have it! Keep up the good work!!!

Purchased a medium midnight coffee. Tastes like water with cream and sugar. Bad bad bad coffee. Is not the first time this has happened. My fault for trying it out again but never ever going back there. For 3.09$. Not worth it. This place needs an inspector to make sure they using fresh coffee every time. I bet the reuse the coffee grounds at least 3 times for each pot. Not again.
