This Dunkin on Pond Street can't get an oder right if staying open depended on it! I finally gave them one more chance since I live so close to this particular Dunkin - ordered 2 blueberry muffins & one Apple Cider Donut (yes its time!) They repeated 2 blueberry muffins and 1 apple fritter - NO not appke fritter, apple cider donut. OK At the window hecrepeats 2 blueberry muffins & apple fritter? I said no 2 blueberry muffins 1 apple cider donut. OK NO total NO receipt and stupid me didn't check the bag...guess I thought clear was clear. I got 2 blueberry muffins and 1appke Fritter - I DONT EAT FRITTERS. Perhaps if your going to live in this country you need to really understand English. Don't recommend this location.

I never leave bad reviews however i am very upset bc my dad came to this Dunkin and the employee who was taking his drive thru order was disgustingly rude and nasty to my dad which I am very upset about. My dad ordered three coffees in the drive thru and the employee was yelling at my dad telling him to hurry up and order which is unbelievable. After my dad ordered the three coffees when he pulled up to the window to pay the employee tried to charge my dad for 5 coffees and said that my dad had ordered five coffees. My dad told the employee that he only ordered three and he asked for them to fix it and the employee yelled at my dad and told him that he was going to pay for those five coffees. This is not how you run an establishment neither is it how people should be treating other people. Besides the trash customer service this Dunkin has their drinks are also not good. Very upset I would NOT recommend this place at all do not come here! Go home and make ur coffee instead bc ur better off that way

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.
I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.

This location is my neighborhood DD that serves (among others passing by) several contiguous communities. My food and beverage requirements are pretty basic. Some of the negative comments about this location seem to be about not properly fulfilling specific beverage orders and this doesn’t affect me as I just drink plain coffee and have standard fare off the menu. The actual physical store is pretty nice for a fast food location. If I have the time I have no problem eating my meal there. During the summer months there is an outdoor patio as well. Fully handicapped accessible and adequate parking. Once the road improvement project on Rt 126 is completed the store will be more accessible for pedestrians as well as autos. Drive thru window is often pretty busy.

I have been to this location multiple times but today was the worst visit won’t be back. I went up to the window and they started handing me my mobile order but gave me the wrong donuts because they have no training and don’t know how to read a “classic donut” on a ticket (added a specialty donut that I have an allergy to), fought with us on the ticket when I’ve had plenty of job experience in Dunkin’ Donuts, and to top it off didn’t even get my drink. These workers have no idea what they are doing and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I bought 3 enegi point for sure I saw it in all the stores and a can of energy drink per glass made, they filled the glass with the product they use to make the mixture up to half of the glass making the purchased product horrible !!

When in to but an iced coffee and get the free stuffed biscuit, bites by using my app. But when I went inside, he gave me the coffee and then continued on to help other people while I’m standing here waiting to ask him a question. I asked about it and he sent me to someone else, and he said I would have to buy another coffee to get the free bites. Stay Away. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they’re ripping people off. Thank you and have a great day.

Ashland store has gone to s******* ran out of trays for coffees. 2nd day in a row. Lost sale today. I realize they don't care because there are 20 people right behind me to patronize, but they didn't get my business. Total incompetence poor management.
