This would have been a solid 4 stars if we weren't berated by a server during our lunch for leaving "just" a 10% tip on each of our cards for a $60 lunch. We were given our food, never got checked in with, and our water was refilled exactly once, and only after we asked it to be. When we went to leave the waitress came up to us and asked us questions about the service and food and we said the food was good and the service was "okay". Then she goes to ask why we left such a small tip? I was about to explain the lack of service, but my partner stopped me before I could and good thing too, because she just began to belittle us for leaving a smal tip for BARE MINIMUM service, I had half a mind to take the tip back after being asked "Oh so you leave 10% everywhere you go? Good to know.". I used to love this place. I'm extremely disappointed in how far down hill it's gone since Bobby stopped running things. Whoever owns this place now needs to retrain or fire the waitress for making your customers feel guilty for tipping at all.

Terrible sushi, it tastes old. The ginger looked disgustingly old! And the salmon roe tasted off because it's old! I tried this place twice and both times it was terrible! I've never bothered to try anything besides the raw menu but if that's any indication then I suggest you stay away from this place!

They need to figure out a system for food pick up. Walking in and giving them your name and order number should be enough to get your food within two minutes.

Food is generally good, but don't waste time trying to place an order online, it never went through. Chowbus is a garbage app, took all my personal info and credit card info and never showed up on their side.Also, heads up, they put mandatory tipping on the app for pickup.

This place is wonderful. There is a lot of space there, so they have an activity area where they play darts, and there's a stage for live music. The food is delicious and our waitress Wickey was lovely.
