I grew up going and working here back when Pauline was the owner. All these years later this HD is still the same Cheers like place where you're home. Sam and Nimi are awesome and I know Pauline would be proud. I've worked with both of them and i've never had a negative experience with them like others have claimed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend working here to a friend.

I have been in this location on many different times in the last eight months and during that timeframe, I’ve had some situations that have come up that I don’t like first of all I do consider the owner anti-American anti-Veterans and he has no respect for the veterans that have served America. I’ve had many different dealings with them on with them with the rudeness of his workers when you walk into the place it’s very creepy. There is not a good feeling when you walk in the coffee shop. I have been attacked in there on more than one occasion as a veteran. I told them if it wasn’t for the military they wouldn’t be able to come here and they wouldn’t have the freedom do they have. I went in again today with a very good friend of mine who not isn’t from the area and he wanted to show me a video of his daughter being in Papua New Guinea. Now the owner comes up and yells at us and I know it was the owner Sam I believe that is his name and said turn it down number one. It wasn’t too loud you could barely hear it. I found the owner is being a jerk, arrogant self-righteous and also so full of pride you could see it. my friend did nothing wrong. We were very low in our conversation including the video was very low. I find this attitude is very appalling and also very disgusting. I don’t like people that are very pompous and arrogant. I feel insulted as a veteran because I put my neck on the line for this country and my attitude is if he wants to be rude like that then he’s gonna lose people in the very end and also he shouldn’t even be in business. He also has no respect for the veteran or our military. The only thing he cares about is money and that’s it. this is the last time that we will go in there. Also we had another situation. There was a couple that I knew it was from the streets and they are swearing up a storm being also very rude and obnoxious, and the owner did not say anything to them. I am also a Christian, and as far as I’m concerned, my faith was attacked by this man. Anyone who reads this review I’m gonna recommend that you stay the heck out of this honeydew donuts because anybody who is anti-American military anti-veteran and also anti-American people shouldn’t be in business. I also find this man to be very highly incompetent as well as very stupid. I did not put my neck out on the line serving our country to be disrespected by what I call a communist socialist, which is what he represents. My own attitude is this if he doesn’t like the way we live go back to where it came from! I have no issues with anybody being here wherever they come from, but I know a lot of different people with different cultures from many different parts of the world that treat me as a citizen of this country with the upmost respect maybe this guy is unhappy with himself. I don’t know, I just don’t think he should be allowed to represent honey dew donuts because as an owner and as a manager, he is despicable. I know my wife and I will not go back in there again that’s a fact I highly recommend that you stay out here and go to the other honey donuts on Pond Street I know you’ll be treated better and then this guy! Now, I can see why it has a low rating in my opinion he has no idea what he’s doing. I don’t like the feeling when I walk into his establishment, I do feel like it’s a very sad and also an unhappy place. If you’re smart, you’ll stay out of here.

This is our go to place for Bagel Friday. They have the best bagels in Ashland. Make sure to go early because they do sell out. My favorite is Sausage Egg and Cheese on an Asiago Bagel. Sometime just a toasted Asiago Bagel with butter is all I need. The employees go out of the way to remember people's names.

My go to!! I usually go between 5 and 2 and the staff is incredible. They always come say hi at the window and are very friendly. One person had made my drink wrong, the lady at the window noticed it didn’t look like my usual, and fixed it! Love love love the morning staff. I had one bad experience, last night I was waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes at least, I finally drove up to the window and the older lady seemed upset at me. Her headset was not even on her, she was talking to someone in the lobby, and told me the headset didn’t ring? I saw that it was not on. That’s my only bad experience here, but expected with night shift most places.

I am a US Army veteran and I have gone in there a few different times and I found that these workers that are at the drive-through a very rude and also disrespectful to me. They are very nasty and I almost lost it with one of them because they they lying to you they say they’re busy when they’re not, and they try to rush you, I had to do everything I could to keep my mouth shut, but I said if it wasn’t for the veteran you wouldn’t have the freedom you have. They are very nasty and also overpriced.

They were very rude and very disrespectful while I went to the drive-through two days in a row I said I’m a veteran they didn’t care they were lying to me. They said they were busy and they weren’t. There was a couple cars in the pocket space this is a very bad place to go to. I said I’m in US Army veteran they could care less. What a nasty group of people that work there I will never go there again.

Do not do business with this establishment. There's a man that objectifies the women that work there especially the young kids there on the weekends. I can only imagine what he says about the patrons....especially the women.Speaks volumes of the management that allows him to continue to work there.Don't allow your kids to work here!Stay away!!!!
