I asked for Cream and Sugar in two coffee and both were practically black. You guys don't have any options to add more cream or anything when ordering online and leave very little in the way of support for fixing issues. Only ordered here because I have fond memories of Honey Dew Donuts as a kid but I'm thoroughly disappointed in the quality I've received and won't be ordering here again.

Went today to grab mocha iced latte on the drive tru. I went to the pick up window. And saw the consistency is not of a latte, more of a iced coffee with mocha sauce. And i tried to asked them if they added espresso to the latte. They said that i did not asked for a shot of espresso. I told them iced latte or latte in general is made with espresso not plain coffee. The lady again said that i did not asked for espresso, which it should be in the drink itself because it is a latte. I just drove tru, did not have enough energy to waste to argue for difference between iced mocha latte and iced coffee with mocha syrup. Disappointed…

I have never been to Honey Dew before and I had a great first experience! I pulled up to the store at around 4:58pm not realizing that the store closed at 5:00pm because Antonio did not make me feel rushed at all. It wasn't until I got home and checked the receipt for the correct address to leave a review that I saw on the Google listing that this location closed at 5. I checked out at 4:59:19 PM ?. Antonio was so nice and made me the best Iced Chai Latte. I also ordered 5 Dew Drops so that I could try each type of donut. I have tried a couple so far and they are so good! (And I'm picky with my donuts). Thank you for being so kind, Antonio, and making me a great after-work treat!

The young girl on the morning shift rolls her eyes a lot a the customers, the next time she does it to me she gonna wear the coffee , extremely rude!!!! Should be fired , Should go back to old McDonald's, I spend about 50 bucks a week in this place , I will never be back , to bad the lady in the afternoon should be manager.
