They only work with Hispanics and they are very rude, I always go to pick up delivery and other times I go as a customer to consume and they don't say hello, or anything to help you, you just arrive and order and that's it, I always order Oreo mcflurry with caramel topping and they don't put it in but they do charge you almost $2

McDonald's is a drive true, event. I do it ever Friday. My Daughter Love it. I only wish it gets healthier in the future. Something to think about, for us and are kids.
Parking: Have employees wear food gloves and head nets. Also always check the food date Is not expire. Also serving hot food makes customers come Back all the time. While thinking makes restaurants Progress.

I'm a fan of the quarter pounder and getting one here I thought something was unusual and the party didn't seem like the quarter pounder beef. Thought it was a fluke, came back again a week later and same thing. Went to another place to make sure I wasn't losing my mind and I wasn't. They are not using the quarter pounder beef and just using the nasty cheap burger for the McDonald's. Additionally the staff there sometimes i just rude. They refused to give me a tray for my food even though I ordered to dine in. They didn't bring it to my table either. Save your money and go to a better location.

I took me going throw the drive throw for them to give me my food they had in the back 30 mins after I order and they claimed it was just done and it was cold most incompetent employees I’ve seen they got a star cuz u can’t put a 0 or even a half any more

I went to this McDonald today around 8:12 to pick up my mobile order ZB67 was my order number I got really bad service their employee mess my order . Instead of tell me one of my item from the order was cook the person decide to add a cold item . I order with my 5 dollar meal Mcchicken a pumpkin pie wich the employee decide to put on my bag an apple pie wich I’m pretty sure was there for hour it was cold apple pie . This employee need to take some training i went inside I told him I got apple pie instead of pumpkin pie he say you want your pumpkin pie wait 6 to 10 minutes and he walk away . Wich is not they way to server a customer at least apologize and next time let the customer know that one of the item is cook not decide to put a different item . Not happy with the service.

Update: haven't had a missed item in a long time. Dining room is nice, generally clean with only the occasional sticky table. Staff is friendly - the food is typical of McDonald's. If you're not using their app and getting deals and points, it's overpriced for what it is.
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. Pretty much the kid friendliest place.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all on the ground floor with ramp access to doors. Doors are not automatic though, so that could prove challenging.

First off, this place is never busy and I can see why. The employees are lazy, there is absolutely NO reason that anyone should be waiting 15 minutes in the waiting spots designated for you when you go through the drive through. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have been here. Not only are the employees lazy but so are the managers and nobody has done a damn thing about it. Food is always either piping hot or stale and cold. It is not hard to work this job, ITS PRECOOKED BURGERS AND FRIES. Absolutely would not recommend this spot for it puts the term “fast food” in the trash. If you need 15 minutes to “cook” an already cooked burger. With prices going up, we all expect better quality and an easy meal, not something that takes 15-30 minutes to get out to you meanwhile the person who came 3 cars after you in the drive through gets their meal in just under 5 seconds. Either hire a new manager or some new employees or even better…BOTH.
