Starbucks has really tasty food, from warm sandwiches to sweet pastries that go great with their drinks. Everything usually looks fresh and delicious, and it’s a nice place to grab a quick bite. However, the gnats can be a huge problem and make the experience less enjoyable. They often fly around the food or tables, which is annoying and feels unsanitary. Even though the food tastes great, the gnat problem definitely needs to be fixed.

I am so happy we finally have a Starbucks in town. I make most of my Starbucks trips here. Ordering at the counter is slow. It is quicker to use the app here

I just picked up the summer berry drink with the popping boba in the bottom, and they didn’t give me a straw. Only realized when I drove away that the whole point of the drink is defeated without a straw… you need a straw to get anymore bubbles at the bottom of the drink, they’re all under the ice so sipping from the rim is just mediocre berry flavored water. Literally terrible. Staff was chatting behind the counter, ignoring me while I tried to get their attention to give me the cake pops that they also forgot with my order.
This location never has iced coffee available. Very disappointing and I was looking forward to having SB in town.

I don’t go to Starbucks often but today I messed up my order in the app and the staff was SO accommodating! They were all very polite and friendly.

What I can’t stand is the employee who takes your order is not the one who gives you your order. For example, after confirming NO WHIP on my latte, he says, “ok, no whip on that one but the mocha, yes?” I confirm. Guess what ends up happening? Both have whip and the one giving me the order says, “it didn’t say that in the slip,” makes it sound like it’s me! It’s not me! But thanks for making me look like the idiot! How about confirming with the employee taking orders? On another note, this is a cute location and very convenient.

I stopped by Starbucks today, and it was a great experience! The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My drink was made exactly how I like it, and I enjoyed every moment of being there. I’ll definitely be back soon!
