I just picked up the summer berry drink with the popping boba in the bottom, and they didn’t give me a straw. Only realized when I drove away that the whole point of the drink is defeated without a straw… you need a straw to get anymore bubbles at the bottom of the drink, they’re all under the ice so sipping from the rim is just mediocre berry flavored water. Literally terrible. Staff was chatting behind the counter, ignoring me while I tried to get their attention to give me the cake pops that they also forgot with my order.

I don’t go to Starbucks often but today I messed up my order in the app and the staff was SO accommodating! They were all very polite and friendly.

What I can’t stand is the employee who takes your order is not the one who gives you your order. For example, after confirming NO WHIP on my latte, he says, “ok, no whip on that one but the mocha, yes?” I confirm. Guess what ends up happening? Both have whip and the one giving me the order says, “it didn’t say that in the slip,” makes it sound like it’s me! It’s not me! But thanks for making me look like the idiot! How about confirming with the employee taking orders? On another note, this is a cute location and very convenient.

I stopped by Starbucks today, and it was a great experience! The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My drink was made exactly how I like it, and I enjoyed every moment of being there. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Ordered two coffees and a scone. Coffees came out fast. The scone took 17 minutes. There were very few people in the dining room. I fully understand there are online orders and a drive thru, but 17 min to put a scone in a bag is bonkers. Workers are friendly, food and coffee are good. But this made 3 consecutive visits with simple orders like black coffee and a cookie, and the average wait has been 20+ min with few customers in the store.

Just had quite possibly my worst Starbucks drink ever at this location. Ordered a Grande Mocha Frapp and I’m not sure what the girl put in it, but it definitely wasn’t chocolate. Tasted like window cleaner blended with ice.
I’m betting she wasn’t sure what she put in it either as she was her phone while making the drink and didn’t bother acknowledging me as she tossed it up on the counter as she continued her call.
Thankfully there are enough locations in the area that actually pay attention when they’re preparing drinks so I never have to visit this location again.
