The bagels are good, but this is not a purely bagel centric place. It's a bit posh, so it's expensive. I enjoyed the bagels I got, though.

Messed up my order, overpriced, got lots of sighs and eyerolls from the staff. Not worth it.

I was initially excited to try this place. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They hike up the prices by 30% when you order online because “it is more convenient”, however still made my boyfriend wait in line for 20 minutes when he went to pick up the online order. 15 minutes before he arrived to pick up the order, he received a email saying the food was ready. It made no sense why we still had to wait. When he realized the major price differences in store versus online and asked the cashier, she became extremely abrasive, defensive and asked him to leave. Even more frustrating was that the food was not great and they messed up our bagel orders. They refused to refund us when we brought this up too. Overall not a great establishment.

Terrible bagel aside, this was an all around bad experience. I ordered my two dry bagels, the polite teenage employee was putting them into a bag, and another polite employee came to the counter to tell me I couldn’t have my tumbler inside, and that I could wait outside with it. I had been in the shop for about 60 seconds and my order consisted of putting two untoasted bagels in a bag, so I said “sure I’m just grabbing my bagels and leaving.” At this point, the owner/manager pointed out that there is a “no outside food and drink” sign by the register (there is, I admit I hadn’t seen it since I really hadn’t been there long) and told me that “this hasn’t ever been a problem before and that I can leave if I don’t like the policy”…. Which I had always intended to do, after getting what I paid for… 10 seconds after paying for it.
I can appreciate that having a branded cup from another shop could be bad for business. I could also understand if I was making a huge mess with my own tumbler. But a black yeti in hand, in a completely empty shop, when ordering something to go REALLY doesn’t feel like a reason to ask a customer to leave with an attitude. Weird vibe, grocery store bakery tasting bagel. Can’t say I recommend.

Received an iced coffee with 1/2 an inch of grounds in the bottom; the replacement that was made for me tasted awful. Staff was already cleaning up to close down nowhere near closing time, which made it feel like customers weren't welcome in. I've been to other Bagel Table locations which are significantly better that I'd recommend instead.

We had a baby shower at the Bagel Table for my daughter. They were so helpful and accommodating! Great food and great service! Friendly people and atmosphere! Thank you!

They do not have a conventional toaster available for warming muffins. The muffins also look like they were purchased from stop & shop.I would avoid this place for those who prefer a more traditional homemade breakfast or foods.Waste of our money!

Great Bagels! 5 years later and still the best bagel!

Good quality coffee and bagels with reasonable prices. Not a good place to go to work, due to limited seating, or as a family as the staff always seem frustrated at the presence of (quiet!) children. I've been there a few times with little ones and get the same annoyed treatment every time.

Kid-friendliness: No high chairs, limited seating, not welcoming to kids

I love the other bagel table locations- but this one was awful. They close a huge portion of the seating area for a “private event” leaving only two tables to sit at. Not even cafe tables, but awkward kitchen tables. There didn’t appear to be any event (as I drove by later and still no event). Additionally they stipulated I could only stay for 45 minutes which is weird and just added to the other awkward unwelcoming customer service they gave when ordering. It’s just unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Reading the reviews now this seems like a normal thing for them. I would not recommend going to this location. Go to the other locations of this small local business, they are much better!!

Definitely stop by. Great place, great people, great food. We talked about maple bacon donuts, they didn’t have any in stock so they made me my own lol. Great service.

I wanted to like this place since it’s right in my neighborhood and I love supporting small local businesses, but the two ladies who run the place are rude and unwelcoming. They keep 3/4 of the seating closed off (for private events, none of which I’ve ever seen happening) only leaving two tables for guests. After finishing my bagel I was reading for about 15 minutes and I heard the workers gossiping about how I was still sitting even though I finished eating. There were no other people in the shop except me. As for the food, it is decent but nothing special. I had a bad experience the first time I went in several months ago but wanted to give them another chance. However I will not be giving them my business anymore.
