Good quality coffee and bagels with reasonable prices. Not a good place to go to work, due to limited seating, or as a family as the staff always seem frustrated at the presence of (quiet!) children. I've been there a few times with little ones and get the same annoyed treatment every time.

We’ve been going here for years. Great quality bagels nd a very convenient location… however recently the service has been going downhill on weekend mornings. We’ve had our order shorted twice in the last month, once I ordered 4 egg sandwiches and get home to find 3 in the bag; and this morning our dozen bagel order only had 11.I hate being “that guy” but I’m going to have to open and check every order before I leave now..

Went in recently and wasn't impressed by either service or food. The moment I stepped into the coffee shop (with a friend from out of town), before ordering, I was greeted with the statement that if I plan to stay - I can't be there for longer than 10 minutes. The staff doesn't have a friendly or smiley demeanor. Coffee taste was mediocre. I am a local and love supporting small local businesses. This is a great space (modern, clean, bright) and location (downtown)....
