My food was cold. I watched the line person add more Onion Strings on top of the ones that sat in the window for 10 minutes, while the finished the wife's food and then hers arrived before mine. This was not our server but the cooks. not sure if I'll risk it again.

Wednesday, November 13th, we stopped for an early afternoon lunch. Access to the property is simple and there is ample parking. We were seated promptly and then immediately greeted by our server and the person she was training. Our drink and food orders were promptly taken. Drinks arrived very quickly. Food came shortly afterwards. The server apologized that the kitchen staff had over-cooked my selection and that she had already corrected the noted error. The correct food came in a short period of time. Both selections were tasty and the portions were adequate (not overbearing). The facility is clean and well designed.
Parking: Parking is simple as available spaces can be found around the entire periphery of the establishment.

This is my third time going to this restaurant. Unfortunately, I have never one time been impressed or let alone remotely satisfied. The service was slow and the waitress didn't believe in cleaning up any plates so we were swimming in dishes untilyhe end. But mostly, the food is INSANELY expensive for what it is. We got the Ravioli, a chicken sandwich, an appetizer, and a kids meal for nearly $100. This COULD be reasonable if the raviolli wasn't luke warm and drowning in salt, the chicken sandwich wasn't hard as a rock (over fried maybe?), the kids meal contained more than 3 measly pieces of attempted fried chicken, and the app wasn't literally a dip with potatoes chips.
We had a gift card that took $30 off our meal and I STILL felt ripped off with the amount that we ended up paying for the quality of food that we got.
I've never had an issue here, but I went last night with family, and one thing I ordered was the spinach dip that I always get. The issue is, yes I am aware that it's hot, after blowing on it and letting it cool a bit (surface was cool) I sustained 1st and 2nd degree burns on the inside of my mouth. It is nearly impossible for me to eat and drink anything because of how painful it is. I would've said something to the waitress but she appeared to be VERY new. She was absent nearly the entire time we were there, and messed up a drink I ordered and didn't seem very knowledgeable. However, I now have to seek medical treatment for these burns and hope it doesn't cause any long term damage to my teeth or gums. Depending how medical treatment plays out is going to be how i will manage next steps. Do NOT go here. Servers are not great, management is never on the floor or around to speak to customers when requested.

Updating previous review due to a recent experience. Arrivived around 730p on Friday hoping to have the same great experience as always..... Not the case. The food was fine. The service this time around was subpar. Over 30 minutes to get our drinks, and then waited an additional 50+ minutes for our meals to arrive luke wqrm (ordered the apricot risotto and steak tips) . As someone who works in F&B (both as a chef and in a FOH manager capacity) this experience was extremely disappointing. Our waitress (Brittney) spent most of her night socializing at the bar with other patrons and another waitress came buy to check on us after noticing we'd been sitting for sometime without someone coming over to us, and someone else bought us out luke warm food which we just ate and left after paying.
May or may not return.

So I work at 110 grill in Rochester and stopped in this location on my way home from visiting a friend in Greenfield it was spot on for me I'm pretty picky for good service and food and Mika was perfect without knowing that I also work for 110 grill she was attentive and super personable my burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my violetini was so delish thank you Athol for a wonderful meal and service

Went here for dinner last night with my fiancé. I ordered the wild mushroom ravioli. At first I really liked it, the flavor was there and it was great. Then I realized one of my raviolis was raw. As I was chewing I got a lot of raw dough and then upon further inspection of my plate, I could see the other raviolis were also raw. I've never experienced this before, I am surprised to find that they make their pasta from scratch. Had they been cooked longer, they would've been perfect. Anyways, I informed the waitress and she offered to have it remade, which I agreed to and just asked for it to go since my partner was ready to leave. I took my dinner to work today for lunch and once again, I found a raw ravioli. Not as bad as it was last night, but still concerning.
