Service takes forever and orders are wring when sent out

This store is so inconsistent with its service. I rarely have my order correct and when it’s correct it’s cold. I’ve tried having patience and understanding but I have tried for months for give the benefit of the doubt. The only good thing about this location is it forced me make sure I bring my lunches to work everyday instead of dealing with the chaos of maybe getting what I paid for.

One Big Mac had one hamburger. The other was cold. Was not told lemonade on value meal was extra. Nor was there an extra charge for extra toy. Might go to Wendy’s next time

I went here to have lunch with my boyfriend and well waiting for our food. I’m not sure if it was there manager or supervisor. But she came storming in and went to the back counter and tried taking everything over. On employee was working really hard and has obviously not had a time to breathe. The manager then goes back and throws her lunch in the trash when she didn’t even give her the second to tell her it was her lunch. I was disgusted and disappointed in the people who are higher up in the company. Truly sad and angering to see

forgot 2 items out of my order, very disappointed as i was looking forward to those things. forgot my sandwich and my snack wrap in my mobile order. kinda upsetting

The ladies that work the morning are awesome, absolutely no complaints!! After the lunch rush tho you have a 50:50 chance of something being screwed up. Sometime I like the gamble but im sorry I do like getting what I actually order and not getting screwed on fries too. I've given up on calling an telling them or doing the survey, I have so many codes. I dont want meal, I want what I paid for! If your on rt2 or 2a wendys is just as close and faster too, also they probably won't have you pull up by the flag pole and sit right in the way of all the cars going out.

I would not even put one star but I had to select one to right a review. This was by far the most awful experience I ever had. After being on the road for two Hours my family wanted good old McDonald's. The first mistake was them not making our order correctly. We asked for extra mustard and onions and didn't get either. Then we got them made right but they made sure to cover one in hair. It was disgusting. The only thing the manager said about it was do I want free nuggets?! Seriously? You got people with long hair not tied tight touching food, phones then food again. I'm so disgusted. I will definitely be reaching out to the Gomez family. Pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal, why else would a worker give a customer 50$ out of their pocket in a exchange?
