I would not even put one star but I had to select one to right a review. This was by far the most awful experience I ever had. After being on the road for two Hours my family wanted good old McDonald's. The first mistake was them not making our order correctly. We asked for extra mustard and onions and didn't get either. Then we got them made right but they made sure to cover one in hair. It was disgusting. The only thing the manager said about it was do I want free nuggets?! Seriously? You got people with long hair not tied tight touching food, phones then food again. I'm so disgusted. I will definitely be reaching out to the Gomez family. Pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal, why else would a worker give a customer 50$ out of their pocket in a exchange?

The last four times I’ve been to this establishment I’ve specifically ordered a nugget and a fry cooked to order, meaning drop a fresh batch and make them fresh and all four times I’ve received stale, old nuggets and fries not cooked to order at all. And then the workers will lie and tell me it’s cooked to order not realizing I’ve worked there and know the difference between cook to order and old and stale.

Management and staff were loudly talking about a cfb happening tomorrow we were seated in the back by the bathrooms and could hear every word of their conversation and the manager has her hair falling all over the place and she was itching herself all near the food with her drink clearly visible to all customers on the table they bag food at I am so very disappointed

Place always takes a minimum of 15 minutes, regardless of your order. They make you pull ahead to parking spot so that their times don't look bad where you wait an additional 5-10 minutes for a burger. Truly awful system

It's a shame that I have to leave this review because I really try and not leave bad reviews so let's start off with the service. The service is great and anyone I talk to working there is always really respectful and nice so they get 5 stars there. My MAIN issue with this specific location is they NEVER get my order right... like EVER.... when I order my burgers at the drive thru I'll order them with extra onions sometimes even extra extra onions to make sure they hear me I swear the Cooks can't read or anything. I get ZERO onions if i do get ANY i get a few specks of onion less than 5 diced onions outside the burger.... sometimes I'll get extra pickles no onions.... still no onions... its gotten to the point I have to go back thru the drive thru and ask for a container of them and even then they don't give me the diced ones I asked for they give me the slivered ones I didn't..... its such a shame.... I extremely hate making a fuss especially since im only asking for the food the way I like it but its making more work for me to go around and for the workers.... just make my food right the first time around and there won't be an issue...
