This morning we ordered breakfast to go, as we have several times from Kellie’s. Unfortunately this morning Kellie has decided to have a right roaring attitude towards the customer because my husband’s meal was not made the way he asked. When I called the diner and explained to them my husband wanted his omelette with meat and cheese only, as he ordered it plain, the person on the phone put me on “hold”. I could hear her saying to Kellie (whose response was “are you freaking kidding me”) that we agreed to have the mayo and pickles on my husbands cheeseburger omelette and now we wanted it made all over again. I started saying to tell them they’re wrong because that’s not how this was ordered and my husband just wanted his omelette remade. I expressed to them that I can hear everything my they’re saying and it’s extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. They ended up hanging up the phone and when I called back the owner yelled at me to just come get my refund. If there was a messed up order it should absolutely be re-made if the customer is requesting it.

Most disgusting homemade sausage gravy ever. It was Grey and covered in greasy oil. I tried it and left the rest right there.

Hollandaise sauce tasted like river water and walmart cheddar, the canned corn beef was even worse. Pancakes where rubberier than the sole of my boots. And the bacon should take residency in salt Lake city waiters were okay tho.
