Pink drinks both tasted like cough syrup. Neither my daughter nor myself were able to drink our beverages after only taking a sip. We both have had them before and know that’s not how they’re supposed to taste. Would’ve gladly brought them back into the store but neither of us tried them until after driving a half hour home. Overall, very disappointed the only thing keeping the store from a one star was the friendly staff.

Wife and went into order two drinks, watched someone else that one of the barista's knew stop what she was doing and started making their order. The lobby was packed, the same barista also almost remade an order that was already made by one of her coworkers. Only reason that almost happened is because well she stopped what she was doing to make an order for someone she knew, I have never seen anything like that before. I could understand if they ordered online, but I watched them get in line order and then step off to the side with everyone else. I will not going back there again

At Starbucks, one of the jobs of a barista
is to get to know their customers. No effort to ask how your day was. Nothing just took my order. My drink contains 4 shots of expresso. She poured it through the small hole in the lid. I say by the way she wipes off my drink, I have to 1 or 1 1/2 shots run down the outside of the drink.

The second thing is they do not charge the same for my drink at each location. I pay from $11.85 to $15.08..

I cannot say enough good things about the morning crew. They're always happy and they always *always* make my drink right. That being said, I went in the evening and the crew honestly looked a little miserable and they made my drink wrong. Light ice doesn't mean 3 scoops of ice. The only reason I'm keeping it 5 stars is because of the morning crew, they're that wonderful
