Wife and went into order two drinks, watched someone else that one of the barista's knew stop what she was doing and started making their order. The lobby was packed, the same barista also almost remade an order that was already made by one of her coworkers. Only reason that almost happened is because well she stopped what she was doing to make an order for someone she knew, I have never seen anything like that before. I could understand if they ordered online, but I watched them get in line order and then step off to the side with everyone else. I will not going back there again

At Starbucks, one of the jobs of a barista
is to get to know their customers. No effort to ask how your day was. Nothing just took my order. My drink contains 4 shots of expresso. She poured it through the small hole in the lid. I say by the way she wipes off my drink, I have to 1 or 1 1/2 shots run down the outside of the drink.

The second thing is they do not charge the same for my drink at each location. I pay from $11.85 to $15.08..

I cannot say enough good things about the morning crew. They're always happy and they always *always* make my drink right. That being said, I went in the evening and the crew honestly looked a little miserable and they made my drink wrong. Light ice doesn't mean 3 scoops of ice. The only reason I'm keeping it 5 stars is because of the morning crew, they're that wonderful

This is usually my favorite starbucks, but I've noticed a weird pattern when I order in the evenings.... if I order in person, my drink is made great and exactly what I expected. If I order on the app, my drink will be the wrong flavor or size. It's almost a bit comical and I even made a joke last night that I wonder what it would look like this time. Firstly, I went in 10 minutes after order to an empty restaurant and my order wasn't on the counter. I asked someone about it and they had to ask around to find my drink? It was mistakingly placed at the drive through, and she handed it to me and I had to ask about the rest of the order (cake pops) and they again had to ask around, recall on a screen, and them grabbed 2 random ones! And then in the car I opened my latte to find it a third empty! I don't order cappuccino because I don't want all foam... what happened here?? What's going on at this place??

Athol Starbucks is the highest-rated Starbucks in the area, in my opinion. The staff at this location is exceptionally friendly, efficient, and accurate, making it my top recommendation.

This location is notorious for not filling my drink. I get every excuse in the book and this time it was “the can it comes in is only 12 ounces and then when it get blended it shrinks.” This drink was nearly 7$ and new to their menus so I’d think they would take extra care to make sure the drink is done right if it’s going to be their summer promo drink.
I can’t recommend this location anymore because of how often my drinks have over an inch less of product. I’ve also been told that “the company won’t let them fill it up” which I find really odd. I know Starbucks wants their money but not filling a drink up deliberately seems a bit strange.

Starbucks needs to get a caramel apple latte asap. They make a delicious chai latte though, that's for sure! Very friendly customer service. This is a very very busy location, they still seem to keep up with orders, it barely takes a minute or two, to fulfill my order. Fast, friendly and efficient.
