I oreded 2 subs online and when they were delivered they were made completely wrong and i tried calling the store no answer 3 time i called so if i were you dont GO HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

This subway is the only one in this area that continuously has issues keeping the online ordering on. They seem to turn it off when they get busy which sucks because you can only use the coupons with online orders, coincidence? I think not. Also they close at 9:00pm but multiple times they've been out of bread and other stuff at 6:30? Sounds to me like employees are either too lazy to bake bread or the owners don't want to toss a bunch of wheat at the end of the night so they tell everyone that's all they have.

This place should be beyond grateful for their employee. Tonight I placed a huge online order, when I went to pick up they were SLAMMED. This man was alone, with a ton of orders and a shop full of customers. He was so polite and apologetic. Not only was his attitude great during a clearly stressful time, he was completing orders quickly and NICELY!!!! Most people get stressed and just throw the food together to get it out the door. The food came out great, and I was very impressed. The entire time I was there I thought about how he is such a good employee Id hire him in a heartbeat. People like that are hard to find, hope you know what you have! Side note, a woman came in to help and she was also a delight and very helpful. Around (7:30) 3/5/25.

I ordered two sandwiches for curbside pick up today at 11:45 am. I ordered a tuna sub for myself and a ham and cheese for my boys. I was extremely disappointed with my sandwich. When I got home and opened it there was a small smear of tuna on it. It was basically a veggie sub. I have two toddlers and by the time I got them fed, bathed and put down for a nap it was 2 pm. I called and spoke with the manager who told me the tuna was portioned out and made correctly. How the hell is this made correctly? I’ve gotten tuna subs from Subway before and never have they looked like this. Her response was I could’ve brought it back and they could’ve remade it but I called hours later so there was nothing they could do. I have toddlers. I wasn’t about to dress my kids, load them in the car, and drive 15 minutes out of my way for a sub that should’ve been made correctly the first time. This is a sad excuse for a sandwich.

I placed an order online and when we arrived no one was behind the counter nor greeted us when we came to pick it up. When I got home and pulled my salad out there was barely anything in it there was a pinch of lettuce and a few leafs of spinach and the meat was just thrown ontop. Was very disappointed as I have gotten the salads before and loved them but this was just disappointing not to mention the subs had barely any veggies or dressing on them.
Recommended dishes: Doritos Nacho Cheese, Black Forest Ham Egg & Cheese Wrap, Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Subway Footlong Cookie

Every time I've ordered from this location, either online, by 6 in person, they are always almost completely out of bread, certain meats or veggies. The service is poor and a bit unsanitary, in my opinion, and being a cook myself, i would know.

Very good service and on par with most subways, place was a bit cramped and the bathroom didnt even have a lock on it. Otherwise a solid subway
