It was unbelievably hot in there. The workers, who were teens, were sweating bullets and having to stand in font of a fan when they weren't serving people. I cant imagine how hot it is near the ovens. This business needs to care more about their employees.

Staff is rude and incredibly unprofessional. Sabotaging an on-line paid for meal when the expected gratuity is not received is apparently the go-to behavior for a particular staff member. Not only will your sandwich be deconstructed, but upon your arrival to retrieve your food, you will find this staff member engaging other patrons in a discussion regarding the lack of gratuity received, then duck behind the counter thinking they have hidden their incredibly bad behavior from a paying customer. I feel strongly about supporting the local businesses and usually tip quite generously, except here. I have tolerated more than one deconstructed sandwich from the self-proclaimed sandwich artists at the Subway in Athol and I have made my last purchase from this establishment. I highly recommend any other sandwich shop in town.
