I have a SEVERE tomato allergy and I made it super clear to the employee over the drive thru. She marked it special as allergy to tomoTes and then even had the employees wipe down all the counters and put wrappers on the whole thing so that it didn’t go in. I will always choose this Taco Bell from now on because I can stop being so paranoid about fast food because they handled it so carefully. The girl at the window had a pretty smile and she got the order done fast and the food came out really good and I wish I could work there honestly because the food is so good and the vibe is good and Taco Bell is amazing
I watched a woman in front of me at the drive thru take her drink and throw it at the employee because they wouldn’t give her free food! They handled it super professionally, didn’t yell or get angry, just closed the drive through window. Very impressive, I would have gotten SO MAD. What a Karen in that car. She went on screaming and screaming about how they had to give her new food because SHE mis ordered it.
