i got taco bell from the athol taco bell and was exited to eat it until i got home and unboxed it to only see a big wat of hair in both of my orders. i started to see red and called but all they had to say is come back and get a new one. Very disappointed and very disgusted. I started to gag and my eyes started to water. When the string of hair was on my fork, hanging with my dear old taco bell that i was so very excited to see. i placed a mobile order tonight as i normally do when i order from this location and tonight the food quality was just horrendous. i ordered 2 soft potato tacos and the potatoes were harder than rocks. i received no sauce (as i never do) and gave me a cracked straw. i am very disappointed with my order today.

This place continues to amaze in how bad they are, despite my incredibly low expectations. We will purposely avoid coming here for a couple of month in hopes they will get it together, but I’ve finally given up hope. This isn’t rocket science but asking for an order to be made correctly is simply asking too much.
Dining room is roughly the same temperature as Anchorage, Alaska so you huddle like a homeless person while eating your food that got made with random ingredients (regardless of your dietary preferences or allergies).

Before I begin, I want people reading this rating to know that my family and I were the only ones in the store waiting to order there was nobody behind us and there was nobody in front of us. On the counter, they had some crayons with some happy Halloween coloring pages. I grabbed the pages and I told the kids to start coloring. I started to color myself because of the weight not one person came to the counter not one person said hold on. I’ll be right with you or can I help you? They just kept chitchatting in the back and doing their thing taken care of drive-through. I then said you know what I’m just gonna use the kiosk even though I don’t like using those things cause every time I do it always messes up and never gets to the front counter. I decided to use the kiosk. We still waited another 25 minutes before we even received our food , my fiancé and I finished our coloring page while our daughters continued to finish theirs before we even got our food out of the drive-through and I’m just curious why they aren’t helping out the front desk but yet have the doors unlocked for people to go into the diner

This is easily the BEST Taco Bell I’ve been too. The food was prepared in a timely fashion and was fresh & hot to go. The quality of the food was top tier compared to other Taco Bells I’ve been to, and the combo boxes were neatly packed.
Horrible. Walked in with a group of people and told us to use the broken kiosk because they were short staffed. We were the only people in the place. As we were leaving, an employee with bright pink hair started clapping, I can assume because she didn’t want to work to serve the group.

Im not one to leave a bad review, i usually try to keep my negativity to myself but this location is a joke. The food that comes from this location is often inedible, dripping grease, or soggy. Every time I have ever pulled up to the store, the staff is always outside smoking together, no matter the time of day…as if you aren’t a literal establishment that sells FOOD…super unprofessional. Plus, if you are in a time crunch dont bother here! You will have a 30+ minute wait, every time. You’re better off saving your money! ?

I love this Taco Bell, I've been coming here for years and they are always really nice, the food is always fresh and they always give the right amount of sauces. I've never had an issue here. I'm eating it right now. I've never come here in the morning but the evening crew is great. The only thing I wish is that is was a KFC taco bell

Ok, where do I start… I was the only person in the “restaurant” and placed an order on the kiosk. I walked up to the counter to pay. I waited 7min for someone, ANYONE to acknowledge my presence. I finally leaned my head over-the-counter and told the girl “I don’t know if you saw me, but I’m here!” She said she would be right with me and I proceeded to wait for 3 more minutes. I had to wait 7 more minutes before I received my bean burrito and crunchy taco. So let’s do the math… I waited about 17 minutes for a bean burrito and taco at a FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT! Absolutely ridiculous just go to the Wendy’s across the parking lot! The best part was the “girl” that “waited” on me had hickies all down her neck. Seriously! To all the incompetent children that work there…your parents failed you. You CAN do better. You SHOULD do better in…life!
