There’s been a couple times I’ve come here out of convenience and every single time it takes FOREVER. I went to order online but apparently you can’t order online at the Gardner location unfortunately I had to come here. Big order but I gave them 20 min before I arrived and when I arrived I got my drinks and still had to pull around and get wait… so far for 10 more min…. No other customers here either 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 help I’m hungry lmao

i got taco bell from the athol taco bell and was exited to eat it until i got home and unboxed it to only see a big wat of hair in both of my orders. i started to see red and called but all they had to say is come back and get a new one. Very disappointed and very disgusted. I started to gag and my eyes started to water. When the string of hair was on my fork, hanging with my dear old taco bell that i was so very excited to see. Every time I come here the food is fresher and better tasting than any other Taco Bell I've been to around Gardner Fitchburg and Leominster
i placed a mobile order tonight as i normally do when i order from this location and tonight the food quality was just horrendous. i ordered 2 soft potato tacos and the potatoes were harder than rocks. i received no sauce (as i never do) and gave me a cracked straw. i am very disappointed with my order today.

This place continues to amaze in how bad they are, despite my incredibly low expectations. We will purposely avoid coming here for a couple of month in hopes they will get it together, but I’ve finally given up hope. This isn’t rocket science but asking for an order to be made correctly is simply asking too much.
Dining room is roughly the same temperature as Anchorage, Alaska so you huddle like a homeless person while eating your food that got made with random ingredients (regardless of your dietary preferences or allergies).

Before I begin, I want people reading this rating to know that my family and I were the only ones in the store waiting to order there was nobody behind us and there was nobody in front of us. On the counter, they had some crayons with some happy Halloween coloring pages. I grabbed the pages and I told the kids to start coloring. I started to color myself because of the weight not one person came to the counter not one person said hold on. I’ll be right with you or can I help you? They just kept chitchatting in the back and doing their thing taken care of drive-through. I then said you know what I’m just gonna use the kiosk even though I don’t like using those things cause every time I do it always messes up and never gets to the front counter. I decided to use the kiosk. We still waited another 25 minutes before we even received our food , my fiancé and I finished our coloring page while our daughters continued to finish theirs before we even got our food out of the drive-through and I’m just curious why they aren’t helping out the front desk but yet have the doors unlocked for people to go into the diner

Took exceptionally long time for my clients 1 box, not exactly sure why but had to pull around where it took 10 to 15 min, never had it taken so long. And not very busy as only 1 car waiting in front then us and a car came in behind us
