A rolling crap shoot I have waited for them to be consistent after 3 or 5 horrible experiences gone back and regrets about it prevail. I wish management t didn't resemble a panic attack each time I went but it has. Keeping your people happy and quality will follow but again they just seem to be going after profit 😕

Ordered 2 Dave's doubles a Jr bacon and large fry.. came to almost 23$. Got home and got 2 singles, Jr bacon and large fry. Called to find out about getting singles instead of doubles and they said I only ordered singles. Was never offered my receipt so not sure what I was actually charged for.

Horrible would not recommend we order a bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and It was just a plane cheeseburger and we got four cokes and they were all Pepsi and taste just like pure syrup had to wait outside for ten full minutes just for the food to be cold waste of money and time made are stomach hurt will not go back

Then they put it underneath an AC why I waited for one more wrap told the lady nicely that the rest of my food was going to be cold she snapped at me said that they can accommodate it when did absolutely nothing just handed me the food and said have a good day very rudely

I had the worse experience in this place, I order double stack and told the cashier no bacon please, because my daughter has allergies, still her burger had bacon. The guy that took my order made mistake, but instead of apologizing, he told the manager it was my fault, even the manager she took his side, blaming me that I order the wrong burger! Very unprofessional place and rude people works in this place ! I will never go back not worth your money, even though I am an old customer who used to love this place , I used to go here since 4 years ago, but not anymore will I ever go here! Worse customer service!!! Britney was very rude manager and very unprofessional! They need to train their employees to be more polite and respectful!

The employees here seem to work hard and are friendly but they can only do so much. They have to tell customers that there's no Coke. No sauce. No change. Not enough help so you have to wait half an hour. Seems like poor management to me.
I like Wendy's but was very disappointed that I could not get the 9 gift cards I wanted for Easter baskets. Unfortunately I had to purchase them from McDonald's instead.

I went there at 10 pm on a Thursday night and ordered the new Mushroom Swiss burger combo as you can see the burger wasn’t cooked fully but I didn’t notice it until I got home to eat it. I was too tired to go back so I ate it but thought I would let others know incase this happens to you. I don’t mind rate burgers but others might have had an issue. The best part of the meal was that the French fries were awesome. Also I had to wait in the parking lot after going through the drive thru along with the person before and after me.
