Every time I edit my food and tell them specific things about it they never forget to do it or forget items like most other fast food it is one of the better fast food places that specific location

this location has hopped on the gen ai bandwagon, replacing their drive through order system with an ai order taking system. this takes away jobs that REAL PEOPLE need, on top of the disastrous environmental effects of heavy ai usage. additionally, removal of the human component prevents communication with the staff regarding actual concerns about your order, such as allergy concerns or, in my case, equipment issues. me and my friend attempted to order frosties, only to be told at the window, once we were actually able to speak to an employee, that the machine was down. had we been told this when placing the order, the way we normally would have been able to, we may have ordered something else, but we just ended up driving away and going to mcdonalds, where we can still actually speak to a real person to order. i am honestly disgusted by this. i don't even normally boycott anything because it's usually just corny performative activism, but i genuinely have no desire to return to a wendy's location until they have gotten rid of this garbage.
Dangerously close to home and FRUSTRATINGLY convenient. Too many forgotten dinners have been salvaged by this heroic establishment. Thank you Wendy’s. You never disappoint.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Wendy’s visit was unacceptable from start to finish. The wait time was ridiculously long, even though the dining room wasn’t busy. The staff moved at a painfully slow pace and seemed genuinely uninterested in being there.
One worker in particular — Lucy — was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at customers, talked to people with a clear attitude, and even kept her back turned while speaking. It was unprofessional and honestly shocking to witness.
To make things even worse, not a single employee was wearing gloves, which is concerning for a fast-food restaurant handling people’s food.
I watched several customers come back in because their orders were wrong, and unfortunately I wasn’t spared from that chaos either. I ordered two kids’ meals — one came with a toy, the other didn’t. When I asked for the missing toy, the staff just said, “Yeah, there’s no more, sorry,” without offering ANY kind of solution. So now I’ve got two disappointed kids and zero effort from the staff to fix it.
After they handed me my food, I realized they left off three separate items, and I had to go back up again. At that point, it was obvious this location has serious management and training issues.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management actually takes complaints seriously because this place desperately needs improvement.
To top it off the food was all cold and gross.
Corporate needs to come do a secret visit here. The behavior of employees was so disgusting I had all's I could do to not say something right there, but with the attitudes I wouldn't be surprised if they went straight to physical because they clearly dont care about their jobs.

Okay, this is the second time now that the Big bacon classic double has absolutely sucked. The first time, I thought that maybe they ran out of the usual Kaiser rolls that the burger is in. But nope, is this how it is now? Also, shredded lettuce on it that just falls out everywhere. I used to crave the crispy lettuce in it along with the bigger roll. Now, it’s on this regular, plain roll that ends up being really thin and mushy when you’re chewing it all together. Absolutely gross!! Not to mention that the fries were lukewarm at best. If this is the way all of the Wendy’s are doing it now, then they should discontinue the “quality is our recipe” slogan. Clearly, you’re getting less quality for more money. I’m not a negative Nelly, but this is the second time and thought that I would share.

Needed a quick lunch. Pulled in, went inside, super easy kiosk order, waited five minutes maximum was handed food on a clean tray by a friendly worker. Can't ask for more than that!

Terrible service, kiosk to order and slot for money, not elderly friendly, slow service, spills on floor near soda machine and cup lids nearly impossible to get out.

Great way to order using kiosks which frees up the front counter area. Very organized staff with their routines preparing meals for drive up orders and walk-ins. Pleasantly greeted when my number came up and exited into parking lot with plenty of spaces.

That ai ordering system is so bad.. got the whole order wrong both drinks with the wrong flavor had to try to cancel things it put in wrong it was a nightmare just have a person it totally made my cheat night bad
