People don’t like to talk to machines.
Stop giving human jobs a way to machines.

Taking orders on drive through could have been a teenager making a few bucks for his or hers first car.
It’s so impersonal and not customer friendly at all.

I went here for breakfast and the manager refused to take my order. They said they only take online, drive through or Kiosk orders. I refuse to use a kiosk and perform their job for them. I also walked to the store, so the drive through isn't an option. This is a terrible way to operate a business. If I go in the back and make my own food, will I get a discount? I should have cheaper food if I'm responsible for doing the cashiers job.

Tell the AI at the drive thru you want 10,000 of whatever and it automatically defaults to a person, that computer doesn't work at all

#1 thing customers hate is NOT being acknowledged. Standing in line 15+ minutes and workers keep walking by. Sometimes they'd look, but nothing was ever said.

Although 1 worker told me to go order on the self order machine because they were very busy and couldn't take my order. I asked her if it takes cash? She said, "oh youre paying in cash?" I said, yes! So she "had" to take my order at the counter. She wasn't happy. & it showed. Terrible. I will never go to that location again.
