my experience was awful i didn’t even get to eat with my family
i ordered a prime rib dipper sandwich the waiter brought out the wrong food that was okay accidents happen but i had told her right away before my family even started to eat she apologized said she would get it fixed continued to help multiple people came back to are table 3+ time to ask how the food was and keep forgetting to fix my ordered multiple times it got to the point my family all ate there food we still continued to sit and wait she still based gotten it fixed still helped other people i had to go sit out in my car because we had been sitting so long my kids was getting restless and i had to wait out even longer for my food
they was supposed to sing happy birthday to my daughter and bring her cake never did

Great Applebee's the food was delicious even though we arrived very late in the evening. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had a great late evening vibe. Several latecomers like ourselves were having a late bite to eat and enjoying a late nightcap.

Ordered a To go order. Asked the waitress that brought out my order if there was silverware in the bag and she replied with yes. Got back to my hotel with no silverware. IHG to the rescue who gladly gave me the tools to eat my meal.

The burger I had was very dry and my friend’s chicken tenders were extremely dry. Hard to finish the meals as the quality was not good. The staff were friendly, but slow to get our food out.

I haven't eaten @ Applebee's 🍎 in years!! The whole family loved it!! Great service and great food!! Onion rings were some of the best I've ever eaten,, the Mushroom/Onion burger was 💣 highly recommended. These burgers are so good I can't see the reason why Wendy's next door is still open? Nice atmosphere to chill and make great memories.

Food and service great !!! I hate the fact that I had to pay on the stupid ziosk!!!
I was not happy with my visit today. I ordered a burger and requested what I wanted. I was pretty specific and she didn’t write anything down so I figured she was just that good. I was given partial of what I wanted and then black pepper sauce instead of what I asked for. When I brought this to the waitress attention, she made me feel like I should have known that sauce was supposed to be there, so I didn’t mention what else was missing, feeling then that I might have ordered wrong. She asked me if I wanted another burger but I declined as we’d already waited long enough. I guess I just felt like, why would you ask me what I wanted, not write any of it down, and then give me what you felt like giving me. Just not the best experience.

I went here for dinner a sweet girl named angel served me, but a girl named Zoe (goth like) wiped down 2 tables leaving the trash and food that was on the table, all over the floor for the poor girl to clean up and didn't even clean it up herself

Not to bad. Food was pretty good. Waitress was very attentive. The manager even came around asking how everything was. At the end of the meal it got a little loud in there so we got our food to go.
