Would not recommend!! Maybe the waitress was having an off day… I ordered coffee and twice my cup was nasty dirty, my order was wrong. Waitress gave wicked attitude when I mentioned that I was not satisfied and argued with me. The manager was great, I explained the situation and said I would pay for the other two orders on my slip but wasn’t paying for my order. She comped the whole order.

Decent little diner, good for breakfast or brunch. The food was good. The service was good. The only complaint that I would have had is they served My daughter milk in a Styrofoam cop which i accidentally broke. And when we ask for a plastic cup, they told us no because it would break Like glass When my daughter threw it. my daughter doesn't throw cups. There was no reason that thinks she would throw a cup. So she put the broken styrofoam cup inside Another Styrofoam cup. Which just made a mess. Besides that She was very attentive whenever she came by she made sure that we had everything we needed. The portions were large for the price.Of course, it wasn't a very busy. There's plenty of seating. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you're looking for a quick breakfast or brunch

Nice neighborhood diner. The sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin was very good.
Spent 10 dollars and left with two coffees. Can’t imagine how much a breakfast would be.

We were in the area so we stopped on in, we were greeted and told to sit anywhere. it was mid morning so not very crowded. We ordered coffees and pursued the menu and ordered blueberry pancakes and sausage for me and a omelette for my partner. Everything was delicious, we'll be back !! Very nice place, clean any yummy!

I had a whole half hour to myself late this morning so the Coffee Mug had been recommended to me so I thought great a cup tea a muffin and some quiet reading make me feel better. I sit at the counter and there was a small girl sitting near me she was helping out rolling silverware with her Mom. They looked exactly alike. Anyway no one greeted me , no one asked if I’d like a drink , no one said I’ll be with you in a minute. Lots of staff so not that hard. Place wasn’t packed . As a former long time waitress I get it when lots busy but a smile and I’ll be tight with you would have been appreciated. I waited 5 minutes and no greeting from anyone so I got up and left. The waitrsss that was sitting next to me ran after me and asked if I got what I needed? Of course i didn’t and now I’m upset and still hungry and they ruined my half hour to myself which I rarely have. Can’t comment on the food or service as I did not get either. I will go to my usual place Citiline in Worcester always hood good and great service the Coffee Mug doesn’t need my business apparently. Thank you back to my favorite place .

Had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. Everything about the experience was pleasant except the food. I ordered the Polish Benedict and the sausage was cold and the home fries were mushy. My breakfast partners had similar issues.
