DAngelos is awesome...staff is always polite but for some reason YOU REFUSE TO ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE. Ignoring the customer you should all be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update…since my complaint you have really gotten it together. Thanks for putting the customer first

Really decent for a counter service establishment, always found dangelos to be a decent quality vs price place to grab a quick bite. Staff was polite food was quick.

Didn't experience it myself, but I've heard from a lot of people that this corporation is corrupted to make their members of staff quit on their own and trick them to do so, in order to not paying them unemployment...... that is just too bad and I will never patronize this business.

I've never had my order made wrong, or any issues with the service. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the ingredients are good and cooked to order.

I feel the building could use a bit of a refresh, it's perfectly fine as is, but a fresh coat of paint would be good.

The staff is great. Friendly and works hard. The manager Maggie is wonderful. She’s professional and incredibly nice.

We ordered from doordash. We asked for a wrap to and gave my husband a stale subroll. They forgot the cheddar cheese on my sub and there wasn't much meat.

Would give it a 0 star if possible. Employee’s have no education on how to handle DoorDash order’s. Their Manager Maggie also has no idea - so it’s the blind leading the blind. Not only are they unprofessional, their lack of gloves - lack of hair pulled back - and failure to follow basic Board of Health Rules is gross. Please, eat somewhere else… 🤢

I have been wanting to post a review for a while and decided to hold off, but after the sandwich I ordered tonight I decided I could no longer hold back. If there was a zero star option, I would have selected that. I will no longer give my business to this Diangelos. They make a mistake with every order and most of the time my sandwich just falls apart. At first I thought it might be due to new employees and the need for more training, but now I am convinced they just don’t care how they represent their establishment. People pay good money expecting a sandwich they ordered to be the correct order that doesn’t fall apart. This can happen once or twice, but not every single time.

Great sandwiches, nice employees.

Also, some really impressive houseplants.

Vegetarian options: Lots of the veggies you'd expect at a sandwich shop, and they will grill them and add to sandwich, wrap, or pita pocket on request. They also have pineapple and some more exotic veggies when compared to a subway.

Friday, November 22, 2024 2:55pm walked into the establishment, very clean, very calm, employees super focused and right to the point. Sandwich quality & presentation was 10/10. Great job to the whole team. From ordering to cashing out and eating my food I am satisfied! Thanks guys
