D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

I need to update my D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches review.
I recently went to D'Angelo and asked the employee if they season their sandwiches. Apparently, D'Angelo doesn't add seasoning to certain sandwiches. That's why the steak and cheese sandwich that I mentioned in my previous review was so bland. I was told by the employee that you need to request seasoning when ordering a sandwich and be specific about what seasoning to add to your sandwich order. So I did and the steak and cheese sandwich that I ordered today was so much better. I really wanted to share with you what I discovered today because it's important to share this positive experience, it is well deserved! Thank you D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches in Auburn, Massachusetts for turning my negative experience into a a positive one!

I do love receiving discount coupons from D'Angelo! Most of the sandwiches are pretty good, but what happened to the steak and cheese sandwiches? Every one I buy is bland, no delicious taste and kind of dried out. D'Angelo needs to kick up the flavor!

Never have had a bad sandwich here! The steak #9 is the best! Better than any pizza joint. Also the broccoli cheese soup is fantastic!

Used to be my go to spot for a steak and cheese. I’d drive out of my way to stop here. Last 3 orders have been sub par. The last two specially, got the order wrong, and the steak tasted off.

It's a sandwich shop. No atmosphere really. The servers were very friendly and efficient. The steak 9 and the Thanksgiving subs are very good.

DAngelos is awesome...staff is always polite but for some reason YOU REFUSE TO ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE. Ignoring the customer you should all be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update…since my complaint you have really gotten it together. Thanks for putting the customer first

Really decent for a counter service establishment, always found dangelos to be a decent quality vs price place to grab a quick bite. Staff was polite food was quick.

Didn't experience it myself, but I've heard from a lot of people that this corporation is corrupted to make their members of staff quit on their own and trick them to do so, in order to not paying them unemployment...... that is just too bad and I will never patronize this business.

I've never had my order made wrong, or any issues with the service. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the ingredients are good and cooked to order.

I feel the building could use a bit of a refresh, it's perfectly fine as is, but a fresh coat of paint would be good.

The staff is great. Friendly and works hard. The manager Maggie is wonderful. She’s professional and incredibly nice.

We ordered from doordash. We asked for a wrap to and gave my husband a stale subroll. They forgot the cheddar cheese on my sub and there wasn't much meat.
