I ordered my food at the drive thru. There wasn't much of a wait BUT the egg in my sandwich didn't look fully cooked, no napkins were given or offered, no knife to spread cream cheese on the bagel or already applied, and no senior discount is available here per the cashier. I was notified that the plain bagels were the freshest. I had expected better from a stand alone store.

They don't even acknowledge you when you do a mobile walk in. No good morning or have a great day nothing. I worked at a Dunkin Donuts in Leicester and we always greeted everyone that came in with a smile and said hi and to have a great day. They also don't know how to properly mix a Berry Burst either. They leave the Berry Burst flavoring just at the bottom and don't mix it properly so I have to do it. As someone who worked at a Dunkin Donuts this just isn't it. Not gunna stop ordering from here cuz it's on the way to work but the least these people could do is acknowledge people who walk in and say hi or good morning instead of just ignoring you. Also the hashbrowns I've been getting each time are cold and just definitely not fresh.
Slowest dunks of all time! Try to avoid hitting it but sometime it's convenient. Even after years it has not improved at all. Just give yourself extra time if you are trying to get to work anywhere close to on time.

There was an inch of water on the entire bathroom floor. I just wanted to wash my hands. The tables, seats, and floors were dirty as well. This was a Sunday early evening, and there should have been no excuse for the condition of this store.

I ordered two sandwiches that were both ordered wrong. Neither were with cheese, one was supposed to be sausage, but both were on the right bagel, clearly showing someone is half reading things. When I went up to the counter to get a new order, it took ten minutes for one out of 8 people to acknowledge me standing there with two open sandwiches clearly frustrated. When I said they have someone back there only reading half the order, all the staff starts telling me to calm down and stop being rude and yelling at me in the store? Like really? Get over yourselves and do the job right and deal with a customer pointing it you royally messed up. Very very unprofessional. Will never return.

This location is sub-par at best. 4 out of 5 times I visit the crew is at best indifferent to you. Food is rushed and always undercooked ( even when asking for it to be well done ). Drinks are served with coffee/sugar/flavoring all over the outside of the cup and lid. Seems to me all of the issues stem from the staff not really caring.
