I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a bagel with hash browns. Food was ok but bagel was hard to chew. I asked for the senior discount and got it but not the correct receipt. Only one employee!! Service was slow as a result. She was polite and pleasant. This store has only a few tables.

This will probably be the last time I come here. I ordered through the mobile app and specifically asked for an extra shot of butter pecan, skim milk in my latte, cookie butter cold foam, extra queso on my loaded hashbrowns and I got none of it. I even had to ask for the cold foam at the drive through. On top of that, they used cream instead of skim milk. It’s super annoying, especially since I paid extra. The labels are right there on the order for a reason!

Bad service, can't get my order right after 3 visits ,done going there....

3rd time at reopened location. 1st time I as pulled forward and never received my food. 2nd time order was missing items and this morning...bagel burnt, asked for dark but its still untoasted in center and just burnt all around the edges, entirely too much cream cheese and soggy hash browns. I know its Dunkin and they are just trying to move you along but its takes an extra 2 mins to do it the way your customer requested. I won't be back, gave up quality for a new building I guess

Newly renovated location is all shine with service they should be ashamed of. I get that the Dunkin model keeps each person in their role but in a newly renovated location with 5 people behind the counter, not one acknowledged me for two minutes at the register. Ahhh but when I ordered a sandwich and two donuts…. Bing the order computer chimed and donut guy got me my two donuts lickety split. And then back to the wait. The sandwich person was busy doing other stuff in her station I get it but I was the only person in there. After 5 minutes, (it’s comical at this point) the drive through drinks person noticed me lurking around the counter and asks if I need something? Not, “can I help you?” Not, “what can I get you?”…. “Do I need something”. Yes I say. I’m still waiting on my sandwich. “Oh” she says and goes back to making drive through drinks. Not a word other than “oh”. And back to ignoring me, the only customer in the place. At this point, sandwich gal must have overheard (her station faces away), squints at the order screen and makes my sandwich which she cheerfully presents to me and tosses it on the counter. I’m all for efficiency but not instead of a little human touch. This store should have saved on all the chrome and glitz of the renovation, put everything behind a wall and just left a black slot for orders to drop out of. So disappointing.
