Very veryyy dirty/messy all around but the staff was incredibly hardworking and seemingly overworked! The one girl with the long red braid that worked in ice cream on Monday night of St. Patrick’s day deserves a dang raise though!! She was handling everything, everywhere- flawlessly and with her full effort & care!

Our server was wonderful. She was the only one handling the entire dining area and entrance, and did a fantastic job. We did have to wait a while but at no fault of our server. She needed more help!
The food portions and prices are ridiculous. You are getting small portions of the most basic of frozen and boxed foods at quality chain restaurant pricing.
The atmosphere is tight quarters and very loud when more than a few families dining.
I wish the old Friendly's was still around. We loved it as kids and my children always looked forward to it. Now, my grandchildren can't see why we liked the place... sad how things change

Friendly’s has always made the BEST cheeseburgers. Great food and great service. I might suggest simply changing the lightbulbs in the overhead lights to a warmer hue. The blueish lights at the auburn mass shop leave the dining room feeling a bit dreary.
