Not one to complain, but this place has gone way downhill. Food is *sometimes* good, not consistent tho..I ordered buff finger app w blue cheese and ranch and both sauces were a watery liquid and there was very little to no fries. A friend ordered a gyro and wanted to substitute fries for veggies (willing to pay the upcharge if any) and we were told "no substitutions." Only gave a 3 star for service bc the guy at the counter was a sweetheart. Would strongly recommend anywhere else at this point.

After seeing a new ad on Facebook, the image shown of a pizza looked great, so I thought I would give Matt's another try...Sadly I was disappointed. What was delivered to me today were 2 Pizzas that were very overcooked, and had practically no crust. It was as if someone took some sauce and cheese and put it on a piece of cardboard. I also ordered curly fries, but they were out, so I got regular fries which arrived hot but soggy...?

This place is horribly disgusting. I ordered 2 pizzas, one BBQ chicken and one cheese. They were both virtually tasteless, they must use the cheapest/oldest ingredients. But the cheese pizza had brown spots on it. Mold? Maybe hamburger? When I clearly ordered cheese. Idk, but it looked gross! Totally unappetizing and didn't taste good either. When I commented on their FB page, with a picture of the pizza, their immediate response was to call me a liar, and say i must've gotten that pizza somewhere else because they have "quality checks" ? before the pizza is handed over. Immediately after I posted proof of my online order, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from their page. I called to speak with the manager and he told me how dare I go to Facebook and complain about his business without calling them first. He tried to tell me it was basil on the pizza. ? He rudely said I could get a refund, if i came into their location, but unfortunately I ordered through Slice. So I don't know if that would have been possible. Why would you tell someone with an online order that need to come in physically to get a refund anyway? ?

NEW FOUND LOVE FOR A MEATBALL SUB.While passing through MA, my wife and I needed to stop for a quick bite. We found Golden Pizza and within 10 mins we had 2 Greek salads and a meatball sub. Outstanding. Best Greek salad I’ve ever had and they reignited my love for a meatball sub. Must try. Great prices.
